Monthly Rentals in Fairplay

We had a friend reunion trip and we were primarily looking for quiet, peaceful place to catch up. Alison’s property was perfect for that. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood, spending time in the hot tub, cooking meals in her well apportioned kitchen, loved hanging out in the beautiful gathering space. And with Breckenridge near by, we tied that into our trip out of town, back toward Denver. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

This home is beautiful and the ease and great communication with Jake make this place a no brainer to stay at! This trip was my daughter and I's first time to Colorado. We loved it! Secluded place in a small quiet neighborhood. Very nice house, designed and furnished with good taste, and well kept. Very comfortable and well equipped, with visitors needs in mind. I was looking for a good spot for astrophotography and this one was perfect. Quiet, with an unobstructed view of the sky, located in a place with frequent clear skies and very low light pollution. Unexpectedly, it included a hot tub in the backyard that was not included in the listing at the time of the reservation (now it is). It was heaven on earth, the perfect relaxation after a night up. Elizabeth was friendly, welcoming and responsive. Our interactions were few but useful. I'm looking forward to staying there again.

Great stay! Not one internet problem the entire month! Appreciate things like the desk raiser, big shower head with great water pressure. Fantastic surroundings!
