Monthly Rentals in Eyota

I really enjoyed my 2 month stay here. The appartment was clean and had everything I needed and more. James would respond to messages very quickly and is very nice. I would definitly recommend this place!

Beautiful setting—the streams, farms, valley and small town of Spring Valley. The particular small cabin I stayed in is rustic. This is a sleeping cabin meant to store your gear and give you a place to sleep and relax a bit after a day of fishing, exploring or hunting. Two cots, small fridge, portable heater and ceiling fan. Porta potty behind the cabin. Lovely sunrise views from the little porch.

Came out for a friends wedding and needed a place to stay with a few friends. It was quite charming neighborhood very safe had all the amenities you needed restaurants close by we will definitely come back.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house was so cute and perfect for our family. My kids especially loved the playroom, toys, and crayons/coloring books. Nicely stocked and very clean! Would definitely recommend!
