Phillip was a great host. He was very responsive, helpful and gave us a great dinner recommendation. He even brought down a dryer rack for our laundry. It’s a bit out of the city, we had to drive a little for dinner and parking was a little tricky. Overall, it was a great stay, clean and comfortable linens and it was great to have a washer. It was quiet and very safe.

We would definitely come back and can recommend the place. Quiet side street location, good parking, and numerous shopping opportunities nearby. The bedding was cozy and fragrant, the accommodation is bright, clean and comfortably furnished. In between, it was a bit stuffy - but the temperature was easy to control thanks to electric shutters (a lot of sun on large windows has this effect, so this is already complaining at a high level). There were many free items in the accommodation, which we found to be particularly accommodating. We also used the bicycles in between and were very happy about this option. A small vase with flowers on the table was also sweet. You can see that a lot of attention is paid to detail here. There are instructions and tips for everything in the accommodation, so no question remains unanswered. And if so: Thomas was always friendly and very easy to reach.

Nicely furnished, new accommodation suitable for longer stays. The accommodation is in a quiet neighborhood, shops and public transport within 10 minutes walk, it is easy to get here. The room with a bathroom, kitchenette and bedroom was cozy, well-equipped and an ideal choice for a month's stay. Bathroom clean, shower drained, hot water quickly. Cozy roof terrace for relaxation. It was possible to buy a discounted breakfast package, a standard selection and a very nice, smiling lady (breakfast staff). The receptionist is pleasant and helpful. It depends on the location of the room, any night noise from the road is sufficiently eliminated by closed windows, the neighborhood of the production factory was not a problem. The only thing missing was a coat rack and space at the entrance for shoes. Overall, I rate the stay very positively and recommend it.

Elias was a great host. We could reach him quickly whenever we needed anything. The location of the house was excellent — the metro was easily accessible. The furniture and appliances were in good condition. If I come back, I would definitely choose this place again.
