The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house with garden in the northern district of Am Hart. It offers a quiet relaxing stay as well as the possibility to get to the city center with its many sights in a short time. The Am Hart U-Bahn [subway] station is just 5 minutes away. By U-Bahn, you can reach Marienplatz and the main train station as well as the Olympic Park or the English Garden in 15 minutes. You can get to the airport in 45 minutes by U2 and S-Bahn S1.

I rent my cozy basement apartment with private access. It is in close proximity to MOC, BMW, Zenith, Euro Industrial Park and is very well connected to public transport. A bus stop is right in front of the building and is 2 stops from the Kieferngarten (U6) metro stop, which can also be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Oktoberfest can be reached in 20 minutes by U6. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house.

Quiet 2-room apartment with cozy balcony

I offer my quiet apartment in the north of Munich. It has large windows and it is spacious. The hallway has a huge mirror. From here you can get left into the fully equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine). Next door is the living room with TV (no TV) with Chromecast (smartphone transferred to the TV). The apartment is built like a tour.

Double bed, 2 minutes walk to the subway

We stayed here because we were going to visit a match in the stadium. This is an absolute top location for this! It is a 20-minute walk, which is certainly very nice after the event (no crowds at the metro, no traffic jams). In addition, it is a 2-minute walk from the metro that takes you to the city center in 9 stops, very nice. The apartment was super clean, bathroom clean and good shower. Kitchen brand new and the bed had a wonderfully soft mattress. Finally, Christian is a very nice host, very flexible, likes to think along and is quick to communicate, which is always extensive. He also shared tips on, for example, public transport or where a warm bakery was open on Sunday morning. All in all, a 100% recommendation! Especially if you are looking for an Airbnb close to the highway or the stadium

Helmut's place is amazing! He is attentive and the place is faithful to the photos! I traveled alone and felt completely safe, I would definitely stay again. The place is close to the subway and other means of transportation, which makes it too easy to come and go from the city center.
