Ashley was amazing! When I told some issues she came and looked into it and fixed it ASAP. (Issue was very minor). The layout was great, sofas comfortable enough that you could sleep on them! Backyard was great for my two large dogs! Ashley was great! This is a perfect place for temporary housing or for like me for in between houses where I sold and had to wait a couple weeks until I could get into my new place!

This was our second time staying at Kim’s property and with good reason. Once again, it was a pleasant stay. The pictures accurately portray the space. It was so nice to arrive and find snacks, water and coffee available. Kim really goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a great experience. He is very responsive and proactive. Also, the bed in the master bedroom is so comfy. We enjoyed taking walks along High Street into Old Town where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Studio was clean and had all amenities needed to be comfortable. Host is super responsive and very friendly. Would definitely recommend!!!

I had a wonderful stay! I had to go down to VA last minute in a holiday weekend due to a death in the family unfortunately. My family is in Mechanicsville and the nearby hotels were either booked or more than I had wanted to pay. I checked other hotels in Richmond area but the reviews were so mixed. My biggest concern when staying anywhere is a clean bathroom and bed. I’m so glad I decided to check Airbnb because I found this place. It was a drive away from the family but it was well worth it. The town was so friendly and beautiful. The yard the so peaceful to sit and read and Meow Meow even came to visit us. Went to the Dixie for lunch one day which was great. The bakery was good, just wish they had more options. We wanted to bring something back to the family but they didn’t have like a platter of Italian cookies. Might be a NY thing I’m used to tho so I won’t hold it against them lmao. Overall, would def book again. Thanks for the great stay Ethan!
