Simona's house is a little gem. Comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The stoves are very comfortable. I can assure you that there are no problems with parking. Finally, what can we say about Esino Lario? Excellent climate, starting point for fantastic trails. Well served by public transport and especially close to the lake but away from the crazy crowd. I hope to come back one day.

Beautiful cozy cottage right on Lake Como! We loved our stay here. The kitchen was great and the host provided the first morning essentials (eggs, butter, coffee, yogurt, milk) which was a life saver. We really enjoyed the outdoor shower and the incredible Finnish sauna! We swam off the dock in the lake daily and hung out in the yard with so many beautiful ducks and swans! There are a couple good restaurants within walking distance, but do be aware you have to walk on a busy road to get to the closest town which is Lierna (10 minute walk). We did not have a car and it was not a problem with the ferry and the proximity to town. I highly recommend this place and would book it again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing weekend in Primaluna. The location is easily accessible by public transport, making it convenient to get to. Roberto was exceptionally kind and helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant stay.

The place was very nice and equipped with everything that one needs to feel right at home. We really enjoyed the yard it has a great view and a very comfortable setting. Ginna herself was very nice and really welcoming. The location was bit further than what was on google maps but Gianna had already provided us clear instructions to get to the place so it wasn’t difficult at all to get there. Overall a great experience.
