The house is easy to find and has a great outdoor seating area. The house and linens were very clean and Sekai even provided fresh fruit upon arrival! The stocked Kurig pods were very handy and appreciated in the morning as well. From this location you have easy access to downtown Annapolis and all of its history. If you go the other way out of the neighborhood, you can browse the mall and TownCentre for all your other shopping needs. This is a pet friendly house that you would not know there had ever been a dog in there. Fortunately, ours was well behaved so you still won't know a pet was ever there! He enjoyed walking the large private yard.

Kevin's place was perfect for us and had everything we needed for two couples and long time friends to catch up. It was a short drive to downtown Annapolis but also secluded and private and away from the hustle and bustle when we wanted it. Thanks so much. We will come again if we get the chance!

Nice house, very secluded, lots of entertaining space, hot tub was great, back patio, fire pit, everything was great. Isaac was very communicative with all aspects of our stay. An excellent getaway.

Ann was extremely accommodating for me as I had to book the cottage so last minute. She get it all ready within a couple hours for me and made adjustments to her own schedule with a contractor for me to stay and make sure it was peaceful while I was working remotely. This is above and beyond what I needed and the consideration after she already helped get me in was just the cherry on top. The location is so perfect. Tucked away enough from downtown Annapolis for some peace and quiet, but close enough to enjoy every the town has to offer. The bed is big and comfy and it just feels like the perfect, quaint place to stay. I highly recommend staying at Ann’s cottage!
