If you want a private oasis walking distance to the beach and downtown Encinitas, then this is the place to be! Tina & Bill’s studio is wonderfully cozy, thoughtfully designed, and a peaceful retreat to relax in after a long day of exploring. Tina & Bill themselves were very friendly, responsive, and accommodating if I ever needed anything. I would highly recommend the studio and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A very peaceful and spacious rental for our San Diego trip. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything you need, and the patio and backyard seating area were wonderful extensions of the space to enjoy the gorgeous weather and landscaping. Our super friendly host gave us great recommendations for adventures, restaurants, and neighborhood walks that we really enjoyed. And bonus points for Koa (doggie host) who is the absolute sweetest!

We loved our one month stay! Lori and Bob are wonderful hosts who live in the house next door. We felt like they were more than hosts. They were neighbors and freinds. The kitchen was the best equipped and provisioned kitchen of any Airbnb we have stayed with. And we have stayed with many. We felt very comfortable. Bob was extremely handy for anything that came up. We hope to have many more opportunities to stay again with them.
