Beautiful Cottage in a great location. All amenities you needed where catered for. Lovely decor and furnishings. A real home from home with nice touches like a small welcome pack and tea and coffee provided. We had a great time. Very relaxing and Clare the host is so helpful and friendly. We plan to return again

A very well presented cottage, walks straight from the door. Peaceful and impossible not to have a great night’s sleep. And very good access instructions …. no hunting around for key safes after a long journey ! Everything was clear and easy.

We have just returned home after spending 2 nights at the annex over the Twixmas period. What a fabulous property this is. It was so warm and cosy. We truly appreciated the addition of the Xmas decorations, along with the wonderful welcome hamper provided. We met Sheila on our final day and so pleased to meet in person. Lovely lady and truly a super host. We would highly recommend this property for all your holiday needs. A true home from home in a great location, close to all the amenities in Bedale.
