A beautiful and tranquil setting, you will find it peaceful and relaxing. Facilities include a double bed in the main bedroom which can be split into two single beds, and a sofa bed in the lounge area. The property is a converted attic space and therefore has a sloping ceiling so be careful not to bump your head! Lovely cottage for the two of us. Charlotte was very responsive with communication, and the welcome pack was great: the freshly baked loaf of bread (still warm in arrival!) was very nice, and the open fire was a nice touch. Peaceful surroundings and a great location when visiting all the historical areas. Cottage was clean and tidy. If we were in staying in the area again, we'd consider staying here for a second time.

Carol was fantastic and her place was exactly as described. Communication was very clear. Carol was incredibly kind and left food for us as we were arriving very late. Would highly recommend. It was spotless and a in a lovely area very close to town.

This is our second time staying with Liz. You wouldn’t know she allows dogs as so clean. The only thing I would do is add a couple of sun lounges and make the front of the property more attractive, however can’t wait to come back for the third time.

The accommodation was more than perfect for our unplanned stop in Elgin. The two of us stayed here for two nights. The accommodation more than exceeded our expectations. The location with a great view. The friendliness and helpfulness of the host is unmatched. He had many valuable tips for us. He also gave us many tips and recommendations for our further Scotland tour. An important point, the queen-size bed was very comfortable. We can both highly recommend this accommodation and the host.
