Holiday rentals with breakfast in Edinburgh Old Town

Ruth house is great. Lovely garden and spacious rooms. We spent a week there, we are a couple with a 3yo girl and we recommend this house for families. It is clean with many useful things in the house because it is a "real home". Quite a few of buses around just walking 5 minutes. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay at this bnb. A really warm, welcoming couple who shared their home with us. We had some lovely conversations and they provided good information re local transport. Breakfast was cooked and served, which was a bonus and a very nice addition. The house was very close to a bus stop to both the city and the airport. Fond memories thank you!

This, by far, is the best stay I have visited. Marie is the perfect host, communicated in an exceptional manner, and provided the loveliest place to centre our stay in Edinburgh. From check in to check out, I felt welcome, comfortable, and well situated. Buses were frequent to go anywhere we needed and the accommodation was a welcome resting place after a long day of exploring. I have stayed many places but Marie's provided both the necessities and little extras that made this a fondly remembered experience rather than just a place to lay my head. I recommend this to anyone who wishes to visit and will be recommending it to family and friends who wish to visit in the future.

Sheila was very warm amd welcoming host. The room and bathroom were tidy and clean. Breakfast was lovely too. It didnt take long by bus from the city center to get to this lovely neighbourhood. I had a comfortable and peaceful stay and would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

We were very kindly received by Jim and the room is very nice and bright. In the room, you will find many tips for Edinburgh and the surrounding area and even a helpful, small introduction if you want to take the bus to the center. The Continental breakfast was very lovingly arranged and completely sufficient and we had the best coffee on the whole trip. ;) We also thought it was very nice that the accommodation was a bit outside, so you could escape the hustle and bustle of the city. We would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed at 63 Moubray Grove, South Queensferry for a Buissines trip and found the property well presented clean and tidy with all the modern amenities you could wish for in a quiet residential area. The property is easy to get to with local shops very close by also Dalmeny train station within an easy walk away. Nicky was extremely helpful and quick, easy communication.

Getting the key was easy and a little fun, kind of like a scavenger hunt! Glad the flat had an elevator. We came in around 6:30pm and planned on leaving early the next morning for the airport. We let Javier now our plans and he even had the living room couch already pulled out for us (quick turnaround). Super thoughtful! The kitchen is fairly big (for such a cozy little apartment) and was stocked well and had some simple breakfast items. And if you want more food, a HUGE grocery store is right outside your window. It’s cozy, rooms are fairly small but it had everything we needed. You could easily walk to public transit but because we came from the train station and were going to the airport with larger suitcases, we opted for Ubers. It was about 30ish pounds for both rides.

The apartment is in the town centre, a very good and convenient location. The owner kept the apartment very clean and provided more than enough household supplies. We enjoyed staying there. Thank you!

One of the most aesthetic Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! The design and decor are absolutely beautiful — every detail feels intentional. The location is perfect for exploring Edinburgh, right in the heart of the city, yet incredibly peaceful and quiet once you’re inside. Its a peaceful sanctuary in the heart of Edinburgh. Highly recommend!

Can’t recommend this place enough, fantastic location with great views, lovely hosts and clean & tidy apartment. Easy access to Edinburgh and the airport, when I arrived I got a Taxi from the airport, if I’d have known how simple the tram/bus journey would have been I’d have done that, I did for my return journey. Local restaurants are lovely and welcoming (Saphire & Queens Spice), good pint in the Thirty Knots too! I arrived late in the day, to be welcome with bread and milk amongst other things was just wonderful, simple touch which went a long way! I would definitely return and recommend this to anyone looking Thank you to the host(s)

I was looking for a few days in a home and I absolutely found that. Judy and her husband are warm and welcoming and the upstairs space is very sweet and comfortable. I especially liked the view of Arthur's Seat, the big bed, open windows, and thoughtfully stocked fridge. It is very easy to catch a bus to/from the Old Town but I also enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and The Meadows. Thank you, Judy!

Katrina's place is above and beyond the normal AirBnB. It was very homey. The overflowing daily breakfast was amazing!! We felt safe and taken cared of by our SUPERHOST, Katrina. Will definitely come back for our next trip to Edinburgh, Scotland.

Wow! What a fabulous place to stay! Daniela was an excellent, welcoming host. The room was very comfortable and tastefully furnished. The property was close proximity to Edinburgh Airport and located in beautiful surroundings on the golf course. It was easy to get to Edinburgh and I enjoyed staying outside of the city. I highly recommend and will stay again, for sure!
