Holiday rentals with a patio in Edinburgh Old Town

Johnny was great person very proactive, the flat was easy to reach, one floor down easy access. on the right side one queen green room, the other one after that one red pinck twin bed room, onthe left side master bes room with wc. the main WC is big and full of quality supplies, there is big kitchen and upper living room.

It was a really cozy place, enjoyed my stay a lot. There’s a bus stop right outside the bnb so it’s easy to get to the city centre and back. Ted was an amazing host and very responsive, helping me settle in really quick. 10/10 would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Allison’s place for a family trip. The location was great ( quiet and walkable to everything). Allison was very responsive to any question we had.

It was a darling spot. Enjoyed the area and no more than a 25 minute walk to most places in the city centre. Deborah was great!

We recently stayed at this lovely apartment. I visited Edinburgh for the very first time with my elderly parents and we absolutely loved it, the apartment was warm and welcoming. The welcome basket was a lovely touch. The kitchen was well equipped and was a big plus, especially for people with food restrictions. Communication was excellent throughout. We enjoyed staying at this lovely apartment, so conveniently located for everything - tours, major tourist locations and restaurants. We would love to return whenever we visit again. Made my parents first visit to Scotland special. Thank you!

Great location and ample space for the six of us. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Loved the outdoor space. Clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

We loved the cottage. It was lovely and cozy. it is perfect for a family of 4. The only thing we found a little strange was there was no plugs in the bathroom and some of the outlets for electricity did not work in the hallway. other than that it was perfect.

Our stay was PERFECT! Jimmy and Mary are excellent and lovely hosts, always very friendly and ready to help us! The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly! The house is amazing and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The photos represent exactly what the space is like, which is also very clean and organized! We were with family and the highlight was being together chatting in the living room with the fireplace lit! We felt at home and it was very difficult to have to leave! We would absolutely stay again and I recommend the house to everyone!

The property is close to main road , near to bus and train station. we have peaceful stay , will definitely recommend.

Cindy's place was absolutely perfect for my stay in Edinburgh. She was extremely helpful and communicative, and she provided very helpful advice/tips for exploring the city and surrounding area. Transportation was super easy without a rental car as the bus stop was right at the end of the Cul de sac, and the bus system in Edinburgh is extremely cheap, safe and efficient. The cottage was very clean and cozy, and it is located in a very nice area. Would highly recommend!

Me and my friends visited this property, and this is one of the best properties we stayed. It was so beautiful and homey. Norrane is very lovely lady. She also guide us with all nearby places and afcourse, if we are coming back to Edinburgh then definitely would like to stay here again...

A home away from home ❤️ The house was lovely, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I was travelling with parents and a small child - so split levels meant everyone could have their own space and a big communal area on the ground floor which was perfect for us all. Location was great. A short cab ride into town, but walkable too. Close by to Arthur’s Seat, which is a must to do while in Edinburgh. Karen and Carina are amazing hosts, very responsive and went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

A great base for a weekend getaway with friends, peaceful location but not too far from the centre. Spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms and great living spaces!

We stayed for 2 nights to attend a concert at Murrayfield. Exactly as pictured a perfect little home with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. To not also the bed is very comfortable ;) We were lucky enough to meet Ping such a helpful, kind and friendly host. Although the home is up a hill it’s clearly referenced in the description and down which a short, well serviced bus ride to the city, walkable to local shops and restaurants and a 30 min walk to the stadium. Hopefully we can stay again soon!

Pete’s place is ideally located. A cozy first floor flat right next to a bus stop and a breakfast/brunch cafe. The place was clean, quiet, comfortable and had a small outdoor patio to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. The bathroom was clean and had lots of hot water in the shower. Really easy to get around town due to the bus stop right outside the door, but once inside the apt it is very peaceful and quiet. Only thing we wish it had was a French Press for coffee. There was an espresso machine and tea kettle. Having the cafe next door solved our coffee needs. Overall a great stay. Thanks Pete!

Lee’s place was decorated tastefully. It offers a lot of space for a family of four. We were very pleased with our accommodations. Very clean as well.

This is a fun place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with fairly reasonable parking options for those who are choosing to rent a car. Definitely take a look at bus routes etc, as we did not find this spot to be walkable to most highlited areas in Edinburgh. The bus was an easy 5 min walk from the space and we found it easy to navigate with Google Maps. Over all the places was very well kept, the host was fabulous. The Art in the home is ALL female paintings, books, posters etc... quirky or creepy you decide. So if you don't mind women staring you down from every window covering, painting, or poster then you'll enjoy your time in this art filled space.

We had A wonderful stay In Kate’s lovely place. We were A group of six and the appartment was spacious and served us perfectly. The location is excellent with public transportation nearby to all destinations + easy walking distance to/from City center. We will definately want to recommend the Kate’s place!

We actually stayed at Michelle's place for four months and it was a great home away from home. Check in went smoothly and her instructions were super clear. Any time there was a problem she responded very quickly and got the problem solved immediately. Great shower with nice body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Updated kitchen with all the appliances you could need. We only had to buy small things like paper towels, sandwich bags, garbage bags, etc. Comfy bed and overall comfortable stay. Big dresser and huge closets for all our things. Washer/dryer in the apt was a must and it was great. There's a clothes drying rack as well. Location was lovely and we enjoyed being so close to everything, we walked all over. 10 minutes to Calton Hill, 30 to the Royal Mile, 20 to St James quarter. Also maybe only a 5 minute walk to the tram stop which can take you all the way to New Haven or the Edinburgh Airport with lots of stops along the way both ways. Close to bus stops as well.

My group and I had a wonderful stay. Levi and Jonny were especially accommodating and provided us great recommendations. The flat was warm, welcoming, and much needed for our group after a week of previous traveling. Walkable to lots of great finds and pubs. It is about little further from Old Town but still walkable or a 10 minute uber drive. Overall, we loved our stay and were very happy to be in this lovely space.

We really enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh. Our hosts were so nice and helpful. The flat was perfect for us and only 2 stops away from the city centre by tram which was only a 5 to 10 minute walk away. We also found the free parking a big bonus and we would definitely stay again.
