Perfect little 1BR apartment in the heart of the city. Great views - especially at night & the place is super clean / tidy. Will defiantly be back next time I'm in Melbourne!

Very tidy apartment in a well to do area which is very walkable and has tram connections very close by in either direction. Tastefully decorated with everything you need. The bedroom is on the small size and the bathroom was a bit cold as we were here in winter but the heat pump and panel heaters work well and overall it’s a lovely place to stay.

David & Diedre were great hosts. This is a perfect location if you want to experience all that this great part of Melbourne has to offer (great food, coffee, shops etc etc). Easy walk into the City, MCG etc…loved it

Me and my Partner and a wonderful time at Callum’s place, its is a beautiful apartment with an amazing outdoor seating area. There is a tram line down the street and parking was pretty easy to find. It’s in a great location and we really had no complaints in terms of our stay. Callum was super helpful and responsive and we would definitely recommend the place to anyone staying in the area :)

David’s apartment was fab. I was there for 2 weeks and felt like a true local. It’s such a cool building with the large ceilings and warehouse vibe. It’s steps away from the station, right next to all the great eats of Swan st and just such a great vibe. Despite its proximity to the hustle and bustle, it’s mostly a quiet place, with the usual day-to-day sounds from the upstairs neighbours now and then. It’s an old building so it’s to be expected. It was pretty chilly weather when I stayed but the reverse cycle warmed it pretty well. Also it’s really equiped for long term stays. The washer/dryer was fab, great kitchen and Coles is 5 mins walk away so you’ve got groceries close by. Oh and Hectors Deli is 1 mins away, great for Sunday pastries and coffee! This is our second stay at this Airbnb. It’s prefect for our trips to Melbourne. The location is great so easy to get around trans to the city. Great restaurants in Richmond. Definitely will book again.

We loved staying at Ghery’s apartment. It was beautifully furnished, comfortable bed and great shower. Great location with many walkable food options. We would love to stay here again when we next come to Melbourne.

Firstly, this apartment is beautifully renovated, well-appointed, warm and spotlessly clean. We loved the location so close to the MCG and getting in & out by car was easy. Walkable to the city/free tram line also. Parking is a little tight so not suitable for larger SUVs/utes but very secure. Check-in instructions were clear, however we arrived at 6pm in the dark and there was no street parking to be able to go & get the garage fob from inside the apartment. Thankfully there were 2 of us, but had to do many laps of the street as nowhere to stop, so something to keep in mind when booking. Very comfortable bed and loads of cupboard storage for clothes which was handy for a longer stay. The living area was lovely however the couch isn’t super comfortable, which I guess would be fine for shorter stays. Appreciated the local recommendations , extra key and myki cards - very well managed property. Overall, loved our stay and would definitely book again!

Loved my stay here! The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt really welcoming. The host was very proactive and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. The location was perfect too as its in a lively area with heaps to do and so many options for places to eat. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would 100% stay again!

We loved staying in this apartment. Collingwood is a great area, lots of nice bars, restaurants and cafes and everything is walkable. We highly recommend Proud Mary and A Coffee for tasty coffees. The apartment is very comfortable, everything you need for your stay and is a perfect location. The balcony is really cute, a great place to decompress after a busy day exploring. The shower is really good and Keith has provided lovely products. Highly recommend staying here, we would love to come back!

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed. Easy check-in and great communication. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

10/10 stay! The property itself is breathtaking, not to mention the city views it has to offer, we felt at home as soon as we turned the key and opened the door. The location is right in the heart of prahran, with everything at your doorstep with amazing shops, restaurants, and nightlife just steps away. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to be in the centre of it all!

Carla and Matt were great hosts, organising an easy check-in and making sure everything was fine. When I accidentally broke a kitchen item, my offer to replace it was rejected but a new one appeared within an hour. They were both friendly and super helpful. The apartment is comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen has everything you need and Carla left fresh milk, butter and Müsli and plenty of other supplies. We would happily return.

We loved our stay here! Very quiet despite being right on Smith St and great to stay in a building with so much character. Easy walking distance to Gertrude St and right on the tram line, with heaps of vintage and small boutiques nearby. Hugo left clear instructions and checkin was easy. This is now our go to for Fitzroy 😊

Jillian's space was thoughtful and well set out. Such quiet surrounds for city living. Park just down the street for beautiful walks with special directions from the hostess for the best views. Wonderfully modern bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom with the biggest shower you will ever find. Would recommend and definitely request to stay again in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Ian's place. Ian had great communication and was extremely helpful.The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. Close to bars,supermarket and public transport.I can recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, even though it’s expensive I highly recommend this place at least once you just can’t miss it!!

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Brian’s place was located at a very convenient place, diagonal to the iconic State Library Victoria and to many food around the area. We love the place and would consider to come back.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯
