Had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Melbourne! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to great cafes, public transport, and major attractions. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Walking distance to public transport, restaurants and shopping. Jeff was a lovely host and made us feel so at home and looked after. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment with great amenities. It was challenging to locate the place initially with 3 towers close to each other but got around it with the help of the shop staff nearby. As it’s close to the train and police stations, traffic sounds were audible at night. Else an amazing apartment with great furnishings that’s near the central area.

Absolutely loved our stay! Soraya was an incredible host — she communicated clearly and quickly, and went above and beyond to accommodate our super early arrival with an early check-in (a lifesaver after a long trip!). The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. Great location too — close to everything but still peaceful. Highly recommend staying here — we’d come back in a heartbeat! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely fantastic apartment right in the middle of the city. So close to all the major galleries/venues and public transport for exploring further afield. Loved the view of iconic Melbourne landmark The Forum right outside the huge living room window. Definitely keen to stay here again next time I visit Melbourne.

Just WOW! Honestly one of the most beautiful places I have stayed in Melbourne CBD. The place looks so much better in person! Fotos do not justify it. If you are doubting to book, do book, you won’t regret it! Very friendly host who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Place is stunning! Had a great time in Melbourne. The apartment was comfortable and spotless. Fantastic location and walkable to so many of Melbournes best eateries and shopping. Nerms made a late check in available which was a breeze. Will definitely stay again.

Location is excellent, hosts instructions were soooo much more helpful than other places we have stayed nearby - made it so much easier to find. Apartment is simply decorated but fine for what we needed. Great to have paper towels, salt and pepper and toiletries provided. There is some traffic noise at night but that’s the same for all apartments in this area. The host was super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning apartment! The view is exactly as shown in the photos—breathtaking. The location is unbeatable, with a supermarket right downstairs and just a short walk to Victoria Market, the CBD, and other main attractions. The place was spotless, with brand-new amenities and excellent security, which made us feel very safe. Without a doubt, this is the best apartment we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

I was very pleasantly suprised by the service provided. Great location, great place to stay, easy access from both carpark and river-side. Would recommend to anyone who wants a nice and quiet place to stay with a great view and a walkable distance to the CBD. Only downside, which has nothing to do with the BNB itself, is the hallway to the front door is dark and dingy. No clue why the building was designed this way, but I'm still offering 5 stars since they've gone above and beyond in everything in their control.

Top location, amazing views. Easy access checkin we have stayed in other apartments in South Bank that have 30 mins of building induction. Great self service apartment. Some basics left in fridge and pantry as complimentary. Mary was in touch the whole time to answer any questions we might have had (but didn't have any)

Wonderful experience. From first communication to the last, Henfry was friendly, courteous and proactive. Directions for parking and accessing the unit were clear and easy. The unit itself was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Lovely views with good wifi. Good heating for a cold few days! Beds were comfortable and the tram (free tram zone) was just outside the front door making the CBD easily accessible. Great place to stay! Highly recommended

Nothing to complain about—the photos looked exactly like the space. Enjoyed my stay. When it comes down to it, choosing an Airbnb in a city like this is mostly about picking the right neighborhood. So if you're looking in this area, you'll do well to choose Paul's place. No issues at all.

We had a terrific stay at Marc and MJ’s place. They were very responsive. We were a little nervous about getting the key and parking the car but it was easy (and the same in reverse). The location was perfect. We walked everywhere, including to the QVM and the MCG and were right in the midst of great shopping and restaurants. We appreciated that the unit was well stocked with essentials and that we had a functional kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and there was a range of pillow sizes to choose from. There wasn’t much of an outlook but that was the only downside and wasn’t important. We’d definitely return.

My family did enjoy the stay at Victoria’s place. The accommodation looked exactly the same as in the pictures. Enjoying the stunning view every day and night could be a highlight of the trip! The location was convenient, within walkable distance to the Skybus station, and there was accessible transport to the tourist spots. Also, Victoria was responsive and provided help asap when we needed it. We would highly recommend this place.
