The house was beautiful- very light and airy with lots of space. My family were sharing with my sister and her family - we all enjoyed our stay in the house - lots of room for us all to spread out. The house was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. It was very easy to access the trams and shops from the house. The area that the house was in was beautiful and very quiet - after a busy day sightseeing it was lovely to come back and relax in. The swimming pool is solar powered but we had hot weather whilst there so were able to use it. Would absolutely recommend this house.

Eric couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Their starter kitchen breakfast was perfect and delicious. The house was spotlessly clean, and the bedding extremely comfortable. We’d flown over from Scotland, so comfort was important. I would highly recommend staying here.

The landlord renovated the house and introduced the measures. I was very satisfied with the house. It was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Tash was a most wonderful host. The place was so neat and clean and amply stocked for what was a most comfortable stay. Tash was responsive, helpful and always available. It was no less than hotel quality comfort and amenities with the added advantage of a personal touch and homely atmosphere. Truly a superhost! Our best wishes and high recommendation.

I stayed in this charming one-bedroom Fitzroy house while visiting my daughter and found it a lovely, well-located base. The bright downstairs area had a large back window and a small patio — perfect for nice weather. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked, even with milk for tea, and all linens and essentials were provided. The airy loft bedroom was comfortable and mostly quiet. The host was excellent — quick to respond and helpful with local tips. One caveat: there was active construction on both sides of the house. While not constant, some days included noise from heavy equipment and hammering, which might matter if you’re home during the day. Otherwise, a great stay just two blocks from the tram and easy walking distance to everything Fitzroy offers.

We loved this place in Melbourne - it was cozy and had enough space for our family to stretch out with the extra bed in the back :) The kitchen was well appointed and though we only stayed a weekend we could see renting this place for longer. The location was amazing as well - walkable and close to public transportation. One of our favorites so far!

For people unfamiliar with Melbourne, this is a great alternative to staying in the city if you have a car. Just a short tram ride to the city. Nice clean home, great location and comfortable.

Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! It was a pleasure to stay at Chris’s place. It’s the perfect spot in Melbourne, and the place is full of personality, as well as very spacious and livable. Chris and Grant were very friendly and accommodating, and I would highly recommend staying here if you have a chance.

Gemimas place is amazing The apartment is beautiful, spacious and a little oasis amidst the business of Gertrude street The outdoor bath/garden is so beautiful and serene - we got some sunshine out there and it was just gorgeous One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed in Will definitely be looking to stay again

This was our 7th Melbourne stay in just over 3 years and the first time in Richmond. Close to the city and all amenities are just a short walk away. Located in a wide quiet street and garage parking a bonus. The configuration was ideal for us and family.

Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

The house was absolutely fantastic—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location couldn’t have been better, especially if you're a footy fan—everything was right on our doorstep! Communication with the host was excellent throughout; they were clear, responsive, and made the entire stay super easy. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. 10/10!

We had a very minor glitch at check-in where I transposed the door code. I called Emily and Andreas was able to let us in remotely! It was awesome. House felt like it was brand new! Emily had done a lot of little things to make our stay better, like coffee, tea, dishwashing & laundry detergent being available for us. Plus some welcome snacks! Made us feel welcomed and at home! Would definitely come back!

A great place to stay for a work away from home trip, good location for coffee, beer, bagels and more. Also I loved some of the cute ceramics in the place. The kitchen was really well kitted out - properly sharp knives!

Beautiful home in a great location. Only drawback was that the house was located right next to the train line so a bit noisy at times. Other than that 10/10
