Holiday rentals with a patio in East Melbourne

We loved our stay in Melbourne! Bryan was a fantastic host. We happened to meet him when he was cleaning the listing next door. He was very warm and friendly! The apartment was super cosy and felt like home. It was a great choice for our family, including our dog. Fitzroy Park is directly across the road from the apartment, which was a lovely setting and a great place for walking our dog. We will definitely stay here again on our next Melbourne trip.

We loved staying in this apartment. Collingwood is a great area, lots of nice bars, restaurants and cafes and everything is walkable. We highly recommend Proud Mary and A Coffee for tasty coffees. The apartment is very comfortable, everything you need for your stay and is a perfect location. The balcony is really cute, a great place to decompress after a busy day exploring. The shower is really good and Keith has provided lovely products. Highly recommend staying here, we would love to come back!

Our stay was fantastic! Hugo was incredibly friendly, cooperative, and communicative, which made everything so smooth. The place was very clean and located in the best area, surrounded by beautiful and cozy coffee shops and nice restaurants. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend this place!

Wow what a great apartment!!. Really thoughtful hosts who have gone to a lot of effort with the quality of many things in this apartment from the lovely towels and linen, cutlery, cookware, coffee machine and condiments in the pantry. The apartment itself is light and bright and very comfortable and quiet. The location is fabulous. It is so great that you meet your guests at the apartment rather than have them wandering around looking for a lockbox. Thanks again for a great stay. We will definitely return!!

Beautiful , aesthetically pleasing well appointed apartment. Quality linen , utensils in kitchen and other amenities.Close to public transport and short drive to CBD.loved our stay . Would love to stay again . Anna’ s communication was excellent .

Perfect location if you want to get shopping and the Casino. Place was great size for an older family of 4. Nice and relaxing after a full day on your feet.

We loved everything about our stay, easy check in to a beautiful clean and amazingly designed home. I wanted to come back to this place again as we visit melb so often, alas, it was booked. Next time. Worth staying here, a gem of Albert park! We loved it.

Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

We were pleased to stay local to where family and friends live in South Yarra. Lovely to be close to gardens and long walks along the Yarra River.

What a great place to stay, the renovations are amazing. It had everything you need and more. We also loved that you were so close to restaurants, chemist and grocery stores. Definitely recommend.

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Had the pleasure of staying here for a trip back home to visit family with my partner, it is an absolute beautiful home and Patrizio made us feel welcomed and at ease. Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

We had a lovely stay at Nick’s apartment. Perfect for the 3 of us. Loved the mid century modern vibes and the location was great - felt like you were in a peaceful little neighbourhood but only a couple of blocks from great restaurants and shops. Bernadette was very attentive and we really appreciated the later checkout so we didn’t have to take our luggage around with us on our last day. Would love to stay again.

Great historic place with an interesting view of Melbourne's inner city (State Library, Central, RMIT campus, and the skyscrapers to the west). It may not be the most recognisable Melbourne skyline, but great to enjoy from the three balconies. The location is a block away from Melbourne Central and extremely convenient as you are within walkable distance from all the businesses and restaurants in the Swanston street corridor. The apartment is nicely and conveniently furnished - very livable. Note: there are a few steps to climb before you reach the lobby floor and can access the elevator, which may be inconvenient if you have heavy suitcases or mobility issues.

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.
