Great location, very nice property and great communication Our 3rd visit

The flat is beautiful and set in a quiet area with a great bus connection to Durham. It is right next to a number of shops. Next time I'm going to look for an Airbnb in the area around Durham, I will first look into this one, and I would recommend everyone else to do the same.

Everything about Clare’s place was a wow - she had left a birthday card and bottle of wine for my friend and the cottage has everything you could need and more as well as being utterly spotless. Clare was super responsive and kept In contact throughout. Check in was so easy and she was flexible on check out as I had managed to book a work meeting for the exact check out time! The cottage is superbly located. Around 20mins from Beamish (highly recommend) and about 15mins from Durham (and a great Sainsburys and M&S - iykyk!). The cottage is beautifully finished with high quality fixtures and fittings. It’s peaceful despite being just set back from the road. The beds were so comfy and the master is huge! Everything was spotless from the kitchen to the bathroom and everything in between. The bathroom even has body wash etc and cotton buds in the bedroom - like a luxury hotel. Honestly could not recommend more. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’d say a home from home but nicer!

It was a home away from home was super clean and had everything u needed in the house. It’s a nice a quiet area with a lovely little park and field opposite. Never had a problem parking why there either. There is lots to do within a 40/60 min drive of the house We will defo be returning Thank you
