Fantastic apartment on Lake Como! We have never stayed in such a charmingly furnished apartment at Maria's. There's nothing missing. The whole family is very warm and accommodating. There is plenty of space, a kitchen with the most modern appliances and three beautifully furnished terraces. The small village of Dorio is not heavily developed for tourism and is wonderfully quiet. In 5-10 minutes you can reach all the restaurants and what else you need. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the lake. The view of the lake is good. The pool is very well maintained and provides cooling between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. We would love to come back at any time.

We felt at home with Sonja from the first reception. We lacked nothing in the apartment. It is fully equipped for physically disabled guests, including sewing kits and small board games. We felt a family atmosphere throughout the premises, with toys and equipment for children. Sonja was always obliging and helpful to us. A stay that we already count among our most beautiful holiday accommodations and can recommend without reservation.

The most breathtaking view ! Perfect spot only 10 minute walk to the town of Dervio. Easy to get the Ferry and explore other spots along the lake. 10/10 recommend!

The apartment is very quiet and allows for a relaxing holiday. Comfortable beds and large bathroom. The kitchen is super equipped - you have everything to cook yourself. Everything was very clean (special thanks to Rosella!) and the host and his parents, who live in the same house, were always extremely friendly and helpful and gave us many tips for excursions. Dervio is a small town and it is advantageous to travel by car or motorcycle. We felt very comfortable and thank you for the attentions to the welcome and the family atmosphere.
