Monthly Rentals in Devon

We had a perfect weekend at Phil and Larraine’s. The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The outside seating area and garden was lovely. Our hosts were always available if required but also respectful to our privacy. We felt like the place was ours and settled in from minute one. Thank you Phil & Larraine . Just one more thing - those views WOW!

Great few days at Stephen’s place. Superb central location to visit different places in Devon and Cornwall. Site was quiet and the caravan was just right for what we needed.

5 star stay ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely beautiful property, clean and well presented. Fantastic communication, directions and instructions on entering property. Peaceful location, I’ve worked out of town staying in a lot of different properties and this by far out does them all!

Can’t wait to book to stay again! It’s such a magical place with lovely views and a cosy fire. I stayed whilst working at a local wedding and I hope i get booked at the venue again to come back. Had everything we needed to cook a risotto and the spare sofa bed was perfect for my friend. We loved meeting clover and despite it raining the views were magic. Thank you!
