Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Devon

We had a perfect few days in lovely Newton Ferrers. We found Close Quarters to be a great location given its access to the estuary and local facilities. Roz’s description was very accurate with the deck being the obvious highlight for us with the beautiful weather we had. We did have some issues with the Wi-Fi as mentioned in the previous review but this didn’t spoil our enjoyment. We would love to return.

Very neat flat in the middle of Woolacombe. Pubs, restaurants, coffee houses and shops all within short walking distance. The are has so many walks and running routes as well as great swimming and surfing so great for active folk. Will definitely look to see if available again as this place is perfect for the area

Rowan was very pro active from the get go. Well communicated throughout. The reality of the outcome was far better than the pictures. Fantastic get away with beautiful surroundings. Well done to the family set up. Overall highly recommended and a 5* service from the host himself - thank you!

Great place to stay. Quiet area but walkable distance to town and beach and well situated for exploring the surrounding area. Apartment modern, well equipped and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Great smart TV - Disney plus a bonus! Information provided about local area was really useful. Highly recommended.

We had the best time in this gorgeous flat. Perfect location right on the beach and very close to the harbour too. Lots of cute places to eat and drink. The flat is super clean and modern with awesome views. Michelle was such a wonderful host and bonus we even met her gorgeous German Shepherd. We can’t wait to go back with the rest of the family.

Jo's place was exactly as described. It was easy to find, access and park in the private car park. Her flat is very spacious and well equipped. Having two bathrooms was a bonus! The are views from the front room and main bedroom directly out to sea and, in the distance, Lundy island. It was fantastic to wake up to the view and watch the sun go down....when it eventually came out. You can walk directly on to the promenade and into Westward Ho! or, if you're feeling energetic, along the SW coastal path to Appledore. There was plenty of choice for food. Our favourite was the Thai restaurant that had the best Thai food that we'd eaten in a long time. Jo's instructions and extra information were excellent, so much so that we didn't need to get in contact for anything. Thanks, and we very much hope we can stay again. Diolch yn fawr!

We had a wonderful stay at The Old Rectory Coach House. Surrounded by nature, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The peaceful setting and thoughtful touches made it a truly memorable experience. The swimming pool was a lovely bonus, and the whole place is ideal for families, with a great outdoor play area for the kids. Jan is a great and friendly host who made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

My family and I had a wonderful stay for a wedding last weekend. The house is great place to relax and just a short walk from the beach. The garden is really secure for dogs and has a side gate with a hose to wash off the sand after fun at the beach. Nic and Rick sent loads of really helpful information before our stay and were flexible with timings for check in and out. They are so friendly, are very responsive to any questions and left some lovely personal touches for our arrival (scones and jam, eggs, bread and milk!). Thank you for a great stay. We had a lovely time and hope to be back soon!!

This was our second stay and we loved it just as much this time around. It's a lovely home, in a beautiful setting and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's in a beautiful part of Devon with so much to see and do around it. We are also so grateful for the little things (like books and puzzles) that make my daughter so excited to stay.

We had an amazing time over the bank holiday weekend! The barn was self check-in, but Fran went above and beyond to ensure everything was clearly communicated and stress-free. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, and Fran kindly allowed us to check in early, such a thoughtful gesture that made a big difference to our journey. The barn itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and plenty of outdoor space to explore. It was the perfect countryside escape. We were travelling with a 2-year-old, so the thoughtful touches like books, toys, and a stair gate were hugely appreciated. The only minor challenge was a few small, unexpected steps throughout the barn- absolutely fine for older kids and adults, but a bit tricky for our toddler to navigate. That being said, we couldn’t recommend this place more, it’s a beautiful, peaceful spot with everything you could need for a relaxing getaway.

Just had one of the most brilliant stays at "Little Spindles". A fantastic eco-built property situated down a quite lane with everything needed for a peaceful, relaxing time away. Inside, the property is just amazing; so clean and tidy, with top quality fixture and fittings and tastefully decorated. The garden area is mainly laid to lawn and is large and private, thanks to surrounding trees and shrubs. There's a little stream at the bottom of the garden and we were fortunate enough to see a kingfisher during our stay! It's close to the centre of Ashburton (lovely little place!) and ideally positioned for a wide variety of sightseeing and walking trips. Poppy is a great host and is always on hand to offer help when needed. We look forward to a return visit!

A stunning place to stay, parking right next to the propery, the whole house was immaculately cleaned and no clutter. We sat outside on table and chairs on the decking and had a glass of wine that was left in the fridge for us by the hosts. There was milk and water in the fridge as well as the wine, plenty of cleaning product's, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. There were even chocolates left for us on towels folded on the beds. I was in contact a few times with Fiona and she responded straight away, she was also very flexible with booking in and parking. I would definitely use this property again if we go back to Exeter, fantastic location not far from the shop, bars etc. Thank you Fiona and Leigh for making our trip as comfortable as you did.

Serendipity is a lovely house with stunning views. Marks has designed and refurbished his house beautifully and very much with his guests in mind. The downstairs is spacious with a very large table so we as a party of nine could sit all together or in separate groups inside and outside. Well done to Mark. He is a very considerate and welcoming host.

This is a fantastic, secluded spot for a stay in North Devon. Though quiet itself, it's less than 10 minutes' walk to Braunton which has a selection of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants which Ant helpfully guides with recommendations. The place itself is beautifully done, with a full kitchen, large bedroom and bathroom, and excellent outdoor area for barbecues in addition to a lovely firepit. The landscaping of the gardens is stunning, it's a brilliant place to relax, and Ant is very helpful and responsive if you have any issues or want tips on what to do.

We had a fab stay with our Whippet. Home was as described and communication was great. Had the pleasure of meeting Phil during our stay and enjoyed talking to him about the conversion. BBQ was a bonus, very secure garden (in our opinion) and we felt right at home once we got there. Would absolutely stay again - thanks!

The apartment was clean, modern, peaceful and well situated. Kirsten left a very handy information pack and we had everything we needed for our stay, so we didn’t need to bother the hosts. The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated, the kitchen well equipped, and the living area light, bright and with a nice view across the trees of the garden. Having driveway parking was a real bonus, and Lidl supermarket was just 3 minutes walk round the corner. A great place to stay!

Absolutely perfect location to visit Plymouth. Perfectly situated to enjoy all the key attractions whilst being in a quiet residential area.

The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm, and easy to talk to — they made me feel welcome right from the start. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and they were always available for any questions or local tips. The flat was spotless, well-equipped with everything I needed, and very comfortable. The location is excellent — within walking distance of everything — and having a safe parking space was a huge plus. They’re truly thoughtful and attentive hosts who clearly care about their guests. This was honestly such a wonderful place to stay. The hosts were very welcoming (my husband especially loved the fudge welcome gift!) Anchors away is close enough for a walk to the beach and yet also easy to access places all along the English Riviera by car or public transport. The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, so well equipped and totally peaceful. I would recommend to anyone looking for a break in that part of the world, it exceeded all expectations.

We were blown away by the location and views from our accommodation as well as the very well appointed apartment.Our host could not have been more helpful,with some excellent recommendations for where to eat and for ideas on what was available to do and see in the area,we will certainly book again should we return to Polperro

Andrew was very helpful and his home was beautifully presented. Parking is super easy, it's clean, the balcony is great and what I also loved was the equipment for families. I didn't need them as I wasn't with my children. But there was a highchair, kids crockery and cutlery and buckets and spades. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen appliances work great and the welcome package was really appreciated. I would very much recommend Andrew's home for any trip to Bude. it has lovely views of the beach, golf club and cricket ground. you're away from the hussle and bussle, although a five minute walk away from it. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We stayed here to break the journey to Cornwall. David was so quick at responding to us and was great at recommending places to eat after our long drive. The Hse itself was just like the pictures, spotlessly clean and we loved the little touches they have added to make you feel at home. It was perfect for what we needed.

This was our second stay at Pin Lane. The apartment is accessible onfoot to so many places. On the Barbican and easy walk to the Hoe. Car park was a bonus. Only used the car once after we arrived for a visit to Tavistock. We got the ferry across to Mountbatten and an easy walk to Queen Anne's Battery. We would have no hesitation in recommending a stay at No.7 Pin Lane.
