This apartment is small, but mighty! It has most everything you need to feel right at home. The location is truly what sets this bnb apart. You can walk to the beach in 15 min, Solana main street in 10, and only a 3 min walk across the street to a beautiful park area to watch the sunset. Tiffany was responsive and quick to resolve any issues. Considering it's proximity to the beach, local restaurants and freeway access, this place is a steal, especially for longterm stays.

What I appreciated the most was the quiet neighborhood. I'm a very light sleeper and I was happy to get a good night sleep on most nights. The bed is comfortable - I'm not sure it's big enough for two but we were happy to have a bed each :) Also - we were both working remote so we needed the two rooms regardless. During the day, the neighborhood is quiet so no issues for noise during business calls. We were a short drive to everything. I think overall it's way better than staying at a hotel for the same price.

Lisa and Brad’s guest suite exceeded my expectations as a peaceful retreat after long business meetings. They were incredibly thoughtful hosts—responsive, attentive, and even left chocolates upon arrival, which was a lovely gesture. The space itself strikes the perfect balance between comfort and functionality. It’s ideal for business travelers seeking quiet, privacy, and a clean, modern environment. I especially appreciated the private entrance, abundance of natural light, and the serene atmosphere—great for remote work or simply unwinding after a full day. Its location is another major plus: close to the beaches, UCSD, scenic nature trails, and the vibrant restaurant scene in Del Mar. Highly recommend Lisa and Brad’s suite for anyone seeking a restful, well-located, and elevated stay in the Del Mar area.

Karl’s Airbnb is a home away from home in a beautiful, safe, quiet neighborhood!! We loved our stay here, from the decor, to the amenities and suggestions for restaurants and attractions, to the easy access to the beach and nearby gliderport, we had an amazing time! Karl is also very friendly and always responsive, which we appreciated. He sent thorough instructions beforehand to ensure we found the location, and everything was very easy to access. It’s just out of the way enough to be quiet, but places like San Diego, Coronado, and Encinitas are closeby for exploring! If you’re looking for a beautiful stay in a convenient location, this is it! Can’t say enough good things about this place and would definitely book again. Thank you, Karl!
