Loved our staycation at this adorable beach house! Location could not have been better - just a couple blocks from beach access and also super close to restaurants, shops and bars. The house is very cute and was just the right size for our little family of four. The kitchen is well stocked including a French press and keurig. It was also nice having both a front and back yard. Our dog and toddler both thoroughly enjoyed this protected outdoor space. Hosts are also fantastic and were incredibly responsive and generous, including when we embarrassingly locked ourselves out of the house. Highly recommend and would book again!

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. Tamaras listing was exactly like her pictures for a first timer In san diego the location was so beautiful and peaceful right off the beach exactly what I needed for a mini vacation I loved that it had its own little cozy balcony, and rooftop grill/ fire pit overlooking the view of imperial Beach there was so much to do in walking distance you couldn't beat the price for this place would definitely recommend and the host was very helpful and accommodating to any questions we had no matter the time if day thank you for making my stay worth it !

Great stay at Marabella! The views were stunning from our room! Located right on the water, walking distance from many shops and restaurants. The patio was nice and grounds were well kept and clean. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and outdoor shower was definitely appreciated. It was perfect!

We initially planned to stay in Leucadia for a week but decided to extend our stay for a full second week because we loved this place so much. The location is absolutely perfect. We walked to the Beacons beach to surf every day and had our pick of all the best restaurants on the 101 (highly recommend Birdseye Kitchen). The house itself is cozy and surprisingly private for a place on the 101. It helped to have laundry on site and Chris was responsive throughout our visit. The house isn't as well stocked as a lot of air bnbs (no wine glasses, coffee, ice cube trays, etc.) but you will probably want to eat out most of your stay anyway because there are so many great places within walking distance. We definitely plan to come back and highly recommend this charming little nook in Leucadia! Excellent cost for value.

Very nice home, great views, fire pit is a plus, neighbors night time security lighting is terrible. Overall excellent!!

i loved it!! it was so much better than disneyland gradnite and cheaper than the tickets when we split it! so worth the money and so fun and beautiful!

We had a fantastic stay in unit 4! You absolutely cannot beat the location and having parking included is incredibly convenient. The unit itself looked just like the pictures and it was very clean. We enjoyed having a full kitchen as we visited the farmers market on State Street (open on Wednesday afternoons) and purchased snacks and items to make breakfast each morning. We're already planning our next trip back and will book this location!!

the location of this property is magnificent, Just being able to hear the waves at night was soothing . Worth every dollar I say ! , Walking distance to the harbor and pier, assigned parking,The beach is very close , My family enjoyed Oceanside and the property, clean and spacious. Restaurants and shops throughout our walks on the beach , would highly recommend.

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

Ms.Sandy provided a very welcoming AirBnB rental to relax and decompress in. From her initial inactions, she was extremely helpful with detailed instructions and helpful suggestions. As a bonus, the HOA also offered recommendations on places locally to dine at and entertainment. It’s the combination of these two that make for an enjoyable experience. Ms. Sandy’s place is clean and features 2 smart tvs for your entertainment pleasure. Just remember to log out of your streaming service before checking out. If you need a bit of fresh air, the beach is close by, along with the harbor with eateries and entertainment. Or just walk around the compound and enjoy the various water features and koi pond. For you golfers, bring your putter and enjoy the putting green. There’s also a swimming pool and gym, however the beach is just minutes away. You can definitely put your trust in Ms. Sandy for a very enjoyable experience.

The beach was literally within steps! We were looking forward to having a relaxing trip - which we did. I loved that beach chairs and coolers were provided had we needed them. Assigned parking made me feel safe.

View was spectacular! Loved the decor style! It’s an older unit but still well maintained. Loved the amenities and proximity to the beach and restaurants in Oceanside. Would definitely stay here again!

Chris did a great job making sure we were able to enter and we were happy. The place was spotless, newly renovated with the latest designs and literally right on the beach and boardwalk with incredible views! I highly recommend the home and PB in general!!

This is our second year staying at Susan’s condo and it’s so great for a small family. Amazing location, all amenities needed, simple check in and check out. We love it here.

This is a great place directly across from the Ocean Front Walk. The neighborhood is older as is the building but the condo is roomy, the mirrored wall in the living room reflects the outdoor view from the large windows which does include an ocean view. When it was time for the sunset, we just had to walk out the building door onto the boardwalk steps away. It was a collective effervescence moment to see all ages stopped with their eyes to the horizon taking in the sunset. This area is SO walkable and there is no shortage of cafes, coffee shops and restaurants. The condo itself is spotless, the hosts are super responsive, the kitchen is large and roomy with tons of counterspace and a full-size refrigerator. Plus, there are little touches like the LED fireplace, portable cooling unit, mobile wardrobe, and the lighted bathroom mirrors with anti-fog. We would stay again.

The views and location make this condo amazing. You can hear the ocean waves from every room of you crack the windows and have an amazing ocean view from the dining area, couch, and outdoor patio. The pools are kept warm and the hot tubs hot, which we appreciated given the relatively cool April weather. The beach access is amazing, and you can take long walks in both directions. We encountered a few issues - housekeepers forgot to stock toilet paper and the dishwasher was broken because of the prior guests - but everything was dealt with quickly when I reached out to the managing company. We’ll recommend this unit to others. It was a great home base for a San Diego area vacation.

My partner and I had a great stay at the beach condo. The view of the ocean was spectacular. The condo was equipped with everything you need for a vacation. We loved being able to walk to both the beach and commercial areas. It was great being lulled to sleep every night to the sound of the ocean.

Great stay! Condo was perfect for our family. Layout of the condo was great for family time and felt very spacious. Stephanie was a wonderful host and provided lots of information on things to do, restaurants, grocery stores,etc. Condo was stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, pods for washing clothes and for the dishwasher, coffee pods, tea bags, spices, etc. The heated pool and hot tub were great and the beach was not crowded and very convenient to the condo. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back. Thank you, Stephanie!

This spotlessly clean condo has an amazing view of the ocean. You see 180 degree ocean view, and have beach access from the bluffs, if you don’t mind the stairway. (We didn’t.) The host was very helpful and flexible. It’s remarkable to hear the surf from your condo.

Honestly, the cottage is better in person than it appears in the pictures… the pictures are accurate, but just don’t do any justice! Everything was clean and even more spacious than it looks in the pictures (not too big, not too small; it was just right for our family of 4, plus sister visiting from the midwest!). The location was amazing - a quiet cul-de-sac with a beautiful view of the ocean, within walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants and cute shops. We brought our Goldendoodle everywhere with us, and I think she had the most fun of all of us :) I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be booking again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachside retreat. I loved being able to see the beach from the apartment and walk down some steps to put my toes in the sand. The pool was great. The apartment was fresh, airy, clean and stocked with all the necessities and some fun stuff like beach toys. I would definitely stay again. We had a bit of trouble getting in through the vehicle gate (couldn't get it to open with the provided pin), but the hosts were so responsive and easy to work with that it ended up being no problem at all.

This place was better than we were expecting. Perfect spot over the beach. Watching sunsets, sealions, dolphins and birds right from the patio. The patios are fairly private concidering your beside each other. This unit is nice because you can see all the way up the beach. We usually stay away from condos due to noise from other people but this condo was quiet, even though we had people above and beside we barely heard anyone due to the concrete floors. Nice pool, and hot tub. We didn't really use the tennis or basketball courts. Everything inside and outside was clean and well kept. Best thing was the view, 2nd best thing was this unit is actually a well stocked air bnb. There was plenty of dishes, kitchen ware, uten toiletries, soap etc Easy 4min walk to beach and 6min walk to restaurants, coffee shops etc. And the beach and neighborhood seem fairly classy and family friendly. Wyatt was very fast to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay again
