Phenomenal stay! Stop searching and book this place—seriously. This house is absolutely spectacular—pictures don’t even come close to capturing how beautiful and serene it is. The view? Unreal. Just breathtaking. It’s only a minute walk to the beach and a charming local restaurant, and just 5 minutes to town and stores. Benton was amazing—responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful. He connected us with a private chef, in-home massages, and local excursions, making everything effortless and personal. We loved watching the wildlife—colorful frogs at night and giant lizards during the day—and the pool was the perfect temperature 24/7. This home is perfect for couples looking for total privacy, but we can’t wait to return with our kids next time. My husband and I travel frequently, and this was hands down one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. Thank you, Benton, for such an unforgettable stay. What a gem. To see that view when you walk in the door is amazing. It’s a beautiful house with everything you may need for your stay. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the pool is exactly like the pictures with warm water and bar stools to gaze out over that stunning view. The AC & fans do a great job of keeping you cool as a retreat from outside. We also loved the use of the beach chairs, towels and beach toys for the whole family. Our 3 small children loved it! We will be back!

Staying at Pastora’s place was an absolute dream — hands down the most gorgeous Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The space is a perfect example of indoor-outdoor living, designed with so much intention, beauty, and connection to nature. Waking up to the sounds of the jungle and being surrounded by lush greenery was truly magical. Yes, there are a few bugs here and there, but that’s to be expected when you’re nestled in the heart of the jungle — and honestly, it just added to the experience. Nothing major, just part of being immersed in such a natural paradise. Pastora was an absolute angel. She offered to make us an authentic Costa Rican breakfast — complimentary! — which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. Both she and her husband went above and beyond to make sure we felt cared for, safe, and supported. Their warmth and hospitality made this stay feel not only relaxing, but genuinely nourishing. I’m so grateful for my time here. It was beautiful, peaceful, and unforgettable. 💗

They were also flexible with our check-in time, which made our arrival stress-free. Their local recommendations were spot on, but the real highlight was the private chef they arranged for us—an unforgettable dining experience! The house itself was everything we hoped for—modern, spotless, well-equipped, and in a prime location with amazing views of Playa del Coco. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy Costa Rica. My husband and I started off our honeymoon at The Spyglass. The views are incredible and we absolutely love Ocotal Beach and Father rooster. They have excellent ceviche!!! Super fresh and we own a seafood company so we know fresh! The pool was beautiful. The bed comfortable. Good water pressure. Powerful AC splitters in the bedrooms. We were very comfortable at Spyglass and definitely plan to go back. Cherie was extremely helpful answering any questions I had. She was very quick to respond.

My family of 5 had an amazing time here! Our three boys (16, 13, and 8) loved the house, the pool, and the great vibe here. The house and surroundings are even better than the pictures, which is saying something since the pictures made it look like paradise. Monica was extremely responsive—more so than any host I’ve ever dealt with previously. They have everything you could possibly need for your stay. The area is gorgeous and Playa Grande is a cute town with great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

What a perfect setting and place for a group! We loved the outdoor setting, where the beach meets the jungle! And it was at the end of the cove, for privacy-only a short walk to the nearest restaurants. Plenty of privacy for individuals in the group. The house caretakers were so helpful and kind. We loved the option of having meals cooked for us on site. The house hosts responded to my questions, prior to arrival, very quickly. I hope to go back again in the very near future!

It was one of our best stays! It's a very clean unit with an amazing view. The kitchen is well equipped with various pots and pens and appliances. The beds were comfy to my surprise and we all slept like babies. The pool was great and clean. They also had pool noodles, beach chairs, cooler and snorkeling equipment. Lennis was just great! she is super kind and the communication was very good. Definitely recommended.

Appartement parfait avec vue imprenable. Notre hôte, David, a été très disponible, à l'écoute et très agréable. Bien situé pour visiter les différentes plages et villages du secteur. Nous recommandons de louer un 4x4 pour éviter le stress des routes du CR et la montée au logement. Pas de souci pour opter pour le chemin proposé par Google de l'aéroport, beaucoup plus court. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise d'utiliser la piscine ou autre facilité de la propriété. L'appartement est confortable et très propre. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

We loved Nick's place! It was my husband and I's first time visiting Costa Rica and this place exceeded our expections. everything was in walking distance. beautiful beach right outside the doorsteps. listing just as described and so peaceful. very thankful we got to experience this place. we will definitely be back.

Great studio room located in Marvista. Very close to Flamingo beach. Trails right out your back door and a gym that's only a 4 min walk away. Room had everything we needed for my husband and I. Colleen is a very responsive host and made everything very easy. Would stay again.

Kathy’s condo was in the best location with walkability to the beach and many restaurants. Everything was convenient. This was my first time to Costa Rica and seems to be common but there was no hot shower. It was non issue for us because it was pretty hot daily but didn’t have it on the radar because I am from the US. Everything was great and the host was communicative. Would absolutely stay again!

La estadía en el alojamiento fue excelente, el lugar estaba limpio, cómodo y el anfitrión fue muy atento y amable. En cuanto a la ubicación, me hizo sentir algo insegura al principio, probablemente por percepción personal. Sin embargo, no tuvimos ningún problema durante nuestra estadía.

Our stay was amazing! The property is beautiful, we even saw monkeys in the tree from our balcony. We loved how close it was to town but also secluded enough so we could enjoy nature. Would love to stay again! Keep in mind the parking spots are at the bottom of a steep driveway. Not far by any means but it is a steep walk up.

¡Nos encanta! Ya nos hemos hospedado dos veces y es hermoso. El condo es súper cómodo y está totalmente equipado. La reserva preciosa y el Beach Club nos encanta para pasar el día. La playa es de las más lindas del país. Definitivamente recomiendo si buscan un lugar familiar, cómodo y con acceso directo a la playa Conchal.

We had a great stay! Walked to the beach every evening for a sunset swim. Tara and Tyson provided towels, beach chairs, beach bag and a wagon to pull it all over. We used the pool almost every day, but heads up, during the dry season, lots of leaves fall. This DID NOT STOP us from enjoying it! Oh and lots of iguanas to watch and locate every morning. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the patio over looking the pool. The patio also had a great BBQ to grill up dinners. One of the little, but great things, is the lock box to keep the house key in, never worried about losing it.

Joanna was a great host. Flexible and very accommodating when we’d made a mistake with our booking. Due to the time difference communication was a little delayed but that couldn’t be helped but needs to be considered. The apartment was perfect with all the amenities you’d require. Pacifico itself is a beautiful complex with everything you need right on hand. The pacifico complex has standards and rules that are gently enforced by the local security chaps who were all lovely so it’s nothing more than gentle advice if they feel the need. Kids jumping in the pool or music a little too late were two examples we encountered. None of this took away from a lovely stay in a lovely place.

We went to Costa Rica for a bit of relaxation, so we chose coco beach as a calm beach option (we had enjoyed Tamarindo's activity last trip, and wanted to try a different vibe). The place was fantastic. The pools were plentiful and well kept, the grounds were beautiful, and the staff was great. If you are looking for a condo that really just feels like a resort, this place is fantastic. The property has a nice gym on site ($45/week) and a beautiful new grocery store at the entrance to the Pacifico. There are multipe restaurans walking. The beach club was great, and though there is a $35 charge daily per person, $25 is credited towards your food and drink. The air bnb was fantastically appointed, had cable tv, all the cooking tools you would need, and an infrared grill on the patio. The unit feels secluded as it sits behind some beautiful flowers, separating it from the pool deck, but is literally first floor and less than ten feet out the back to the pool. Perfect for relaxing

Scott's place was a dream!! Scott was super communicative and very helpful in preparing for the trip, as well as during. He accommodated our check-in needs, and was very available when we needed travel tips, and he's fun to chat with to boot. The location is great, and very safe, in a gorgeous area. I highly recommend Scott's place!!

Meagan's unit was a cozy home away from home. It was well stocked. Meagan was proactive and communicative during my whole stay and provided great recommendations. The pool was beautiful and facilities were very clean. The rental location is at the end of town, not well-lit, and lacking sidewalks. I found it easier to walk to town 15 minutes along the beach and start my day at Cafe Corazon each day, and returned back to the beach at 5pm for sunset. For dinner after dark I took an Uber, but golf carts are easily available. Despite the dark, I felt very safe and locals were friendly.
