Really a super cozy place for a family, we felt at home, it has all kinds of amenities, impeccable cleanliness and the host is super friendly and attentive to us having an excellent experience... Without a doubt one of our favorite destinations, we will be back soon!!!

Nice place, awesome swimming pools. Beds too hard for me, but husband likes very firm mattress. Easily walk to anything you need. Busy, busy town.

We have stayed in lots of places with AirBnb, but this place was extra special. The views were incredible. We loved having the beach so close by and the marina with walkable restaurants. Very safe area day and night. Then there was two pools on site both with views. We saw a troupe of monkeys in the trees behind the apartments on day 2 a real bonus. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay including a welcome bottle of wine. We really enjoyed our holiday! Book this apartment we won’t regret it! We certainly enjoyed our first visit to Playa del Coco and the Los Palmas area. Communication with our hosts was excellent. The condo itself was comfortable and as described, just right for two people. Pleasant surroundings and great, helpful, welcoming neighbours. Enjoyed the privacy of the front porch which was steps away from the pool.

Our family enjoyed staying here. Our two young daughters shared a room and really enjoyed the pool and the beach toys that were available in the house. My wife and I appreciated all of the detail that Grant left regarding the home and the surrounding area. He added personal touches by sharing his favorite locations and the reasons for them. The condo is conveniently located right in front of one of the pools. The beach is an eight minute walk away. If you don’t want to walk, you can drive there and park for a small fee. We recommend this place for any families wanting to visit.

This was our first visit to Costa Rica. It was also our first destination out of five. We were looking for somewhere to relax and rest before we continued. Our place was perfect! Well stocked, clean, serene and beautiful. Our host, Sebastian, was really helpful. He found our friends, who had been a bit lost (no gps) and told us where to go for SIM cards. We swam in the pool And the ocean as well.

The apartment is as shown on the pictures. The terrace is spacious and has a great view of the bay. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking your own food, but there are many restaurant options around, including the Villas Sol hotel itself which has an all inclusive option if you like it. If it's your first time here, don't listen to the Condovac salesmen at the beach entrance, waste of your time whatever they offer. Thankfully they're not insisting if you dismiss them.

We enjoyed everyday at the premises. Great to rise in the morning and head out for a coffee on the patio. So much to do in the area, we decided to simply walk to various destinations. Beach was only 15 minutes. Coffee shops less than 500 meters. Loved YUMMY Ice Cream Cafe. When we did make one reservation for a tour, we contacted Bonnie as recommended. She organized the whole day, including lunch. The neighbours are friendly and helpful... giving us some great tips...they had been coming back to the same establishment for years. if you are a bird lover, could download the Merlin app and use it to identify a number of species. Several monkeys in the area as well. This was a very lucky choice we made. Would definitely return. Thanks for making this a great vacation. . Ron and Gerry

Awesome place and great host

We loved our stay here! Diana’s home is lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed having all necessary items-including beach gear-and enjoyed the pool after our outings. Diana’s recommendations were fantastic and led us to several memorable sunsets and delicious meals. We would love to return. It’s a wonderful home base for exploring the north coast.

Great location, our only wish is that the property would have an elevator. Everything about this condo was exactly as listed, great private beach to anyone that finds this place.

This place has everything you need! Spices, beach chairs and towels! Well stocked for a great stay. However there is construction going on next door that we were unaware about. Otherwise this place was great!

Awesome place to stay! Beautiful view! A short walk to the beach and some local shops - it is a steep hill, but there are stairs. Staff and other guests were extremely helpful and friendly. There was more than enough room for our family of four. When we needed assistance with an air conditioner, Floribeth was quick to respond, and had a repair person there in no time - problem fixed immediately. We were not planning on returning to Costa Rica, but after our stay, we fell in love with the area and people, and can't wait to return. Floribeth gave us precise directions, found it right away. You will not want to leave here. Thank you Floribeth!!

This unit has the best views, possibly in the entire town? The condo is very efficient and everything is spotless. Shower, bed, fridge; all were phenomenal!! You will meet with a member of Tropical Homes for the key and a quick introduction to the area. Covered parking and a perfect concierge to assist with anything you may need. The view from the pool will be a memory I will never forget!!

Miguel's place was amazing! He has so many extra amenities and snacks I wasn't anticipating (we had some popcorn while watching a movie on one of the rainier days). He was very responsive to all our questions and needs. We had an issue with one of the amenities but he was able to fix it very quickly and it didn't impact our stay, and he even gave us an extra bottle of bubbly to compensate for it. We were able to walk to some restaurants for lunch/dinner. Also, appreciated the full kitchen to be able to have breakfast at the bnb. We also scuba dove 2 days with Rich Cost Diving (right across the street) and had a blast seeing all the marine life like sharks and octopi. Miguel really went above and beyond by actually offerring to drop us at the airport since it was on his way. Overall, we really enjoyed his place and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

It is a very comfortable and quiet place. Close to the center of El Coco and at the same time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Luis was always attentive and we kept in touch even before we arrived. Clean place and all the comforts to spend time with the family. An additional plus, they allow pets

What a wonderful stay at this location. We appreciated the warm welcome and clear instructions with the condo. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The beach club was an extra touch along with the small private pool walkable to condo. Our family really enjoyed the location as well since close to grocery store and wonderful Playa Flamingo!!
