The place is exactly as shown on the listing, very clean and tidy, in a quiet environment and close to all the tourist locations in Rovinj. The host is very friendly and communicative, with clear instructions around check-in and entry. Recommendation to all future guests!

Perfect location to finish holidays in Croatia with an apartment super-close to one of the beautiful beach areas around Rovinj. Walking to and from the old town takes 30 minutes, which is also good to get some air and move, especially after dinner.

The apartment is very nice and clean, suitable for two people, complete with bathroom and TV. Outside, there is a small porch with a table. We had a great welcome, Jasmina was very kind and helpful, even allowing us to check in earlier than scheduled. Free parking space in front of the house. The beach is about 10 minutes' walk away, while for the center it is preferable to take the car, there is a convenient free parking 5 minutes' walk from the center. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we will definitely consider Jasmina's apartment for a future stay in Rovinj. 😊

For my boyfriend and me, it was a great vacation. We would recommend the place! 😍 We especially liked the location of the apartment right by the sea. There are also some supermarkets nearby, which can be reached within 5 minutes by car. It takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to the city. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the balcony for dinner as there were mosquitoes everywhere and this was unenjoyable. A parking space for the car was directly opposite the apartment, so you always have a view of it. The apartment is ideal for 2 people, but for 3 people it would be too small for our standards. Pave always responded directly to messages and was very helpful!:) Thanks Pave for a great stay!😊
