Warm welcome from our host Marielle. Throughout our stay the Boréale team was attentive, responsive and provided good advice. The apartment is conveniently located close to amenities and the beach and in a secure residence. As described, the apartment is comfortable, well-equipped and has a beautiful view.

This is our second stay in Claude's apartments. This time we took advantage of the view on the south side. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet while being very close to restaurants and beaches. Everything was perfect from our point of view.

We had a very nice week in a very nice accommodation overlooking the pool in a very quiet location! We felt very comfortable there.

Spectacular views over the beach and city, very clean and modern flat tastefully decorated with a premium feel to everything. Particularly liked the kitchen and all the equipment. Parking was underground and secure and easy. The lift (whilst we had a day with it being broken) was convenient to get to the bottom of the hill. Very nice walk along the seafront promenade into the centre of town. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Amazing stay at Thierry! Great apartment, recently renovated and super well decorated. In a great soot in Mimizan! I had a great week!

Caroline’s place is very well located, walking distance to everything, the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarket, etc. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and quiet. It has a private parking which is convenient. Carole is very kind, accueillant, always responsive and helpful. Thank you very much for everything.

Excellent stay. The accommodation is very well equipped, the bedding is very comfortable and the balcony offers a quiet and pleasant setting. The location of the apartment makes it easy to discover the bay and the city of Arcachon. We would be happy to stay at Karine's again.

I recommend this accommodation, which literally overlooks the Arcachon basin from the terrace where you can enjoy a superb view. The apartment is very nice, convenient and very clean. The location is perfect for bike rides, going to the ocean or just enjoying the pool.

This stay was everything an Airbnb should be and more! Her place was welcoming and so incredibly homey. The design of the apartment is also incredible, with such an attention to detail! The location is also perfect - a quick 20 minute walk to the center of the historic district but tucked away enough to get a full nights rest without any interruptions. Helen was also incredibly responsive and had such fabulous recommendations. Next time we find ourselves in Bordeaux, we know exactly where we’ll be staying!

Fabulous, light filled apartment. Spacious, gd storage with superb sea views. Check in and check out very easy. Location was perfect for us. We would like to return.

Wonderful experience. Very romantic. The place was immaculate. The location is fantastic with great walkability. There are excellent restaurants all within a short distance. And it is a shoppers paradise! Oceane provided clear instructions to access the apartment. Oceane also had a welcoming gift of yogurt, cereal, juice, milk, wine, and coffee waiting for us which was very thoughtful! A word of caution, the apartment is located on the top floor and there is no elevator (which is disclosed in the listing). The stairs (all 92 of them) are brutal, especially if you have heavy luggage. Thank you, Oceane, for a great stay!

The apartment is beautifully designed and located in an excellent area. Communication with the owner was smooth and pleasant. My parents and I really enjoyed our stay and are already wishing to come back in the near future. A slightly lower cost would make it even more attractive, but given the location and the quality of the facilities, the price is understandable.

Stephane and Sylvie were amazing hosts. They gave us great local recommendations, organised a personal winery tour for us and booked in a massage. The location is beautiful, peaceful setting and the pool was fantastic. We booked to have breakfast one morning - it was stunning. Beautiful presentation and lovely food. We highly recommend staying here - truley relaxing.

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to both of you 🌞

Very good welcome, good advice for activities. Responsive to demand. We had a pleasant stay, unfortunately shortened by the rain, but we'll keep in touch to come back with pleasure when the sun is out. Thank you for everything.

Perfect apartment for 1 family with 2 children or 3 adults We would have really felt at home, everything was there. Beautiful independent terrace visually and with the hot tub. The person dedicated to reception/checkout is responsive and very nice. If I have a chance, I'll pick it up right away Don't hesitate!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oscar's apartment. It was clean, well located to the beach and restaurants, whilst being a walkable distance to Old Town.

The proximity of the Vélib' is a very appreciable plus. Great service. Thank you very much. I recommend it without restrictions.

We enjoyed the stay a lot. The space is perfectly prepared and there is nothing we missed. Highly recommended and we would even repeat!
