The place was great for the family, we had a great time, it Pleuvait but the spaces were large enough to enjoy the interior together. The kitchen area is very convenient and the outside is charming. The neighbor welcomed us with sympathy and did his best to help us settle in. Very pleasant moment. The proximity to Barsac and Langon for shopping, and the visit to the castles make it an ideal place for a family reunion.

I really enjoyed my time in Capbreton. There is a family affair in the surf hostel. Everyone is very nice and will take time to talk or to make your stay as nice as possible. The beach and also the surf school are within easy walking distance. I would book again at any time.

Great getaway at this lovely cottage on stilts. The private spa on the terrace: a real plus even if the children's playground is glued to the terrace fence, it remains a very relaxing, refreshing environment. Access to facilities whose swimming pool does not have a time restriction, provided of course that it is reasonable and does not wake the others... The small - it is the sanitary facilities (shower/toilet) that are +-50m from the chalet and therefore less convenient in the middle of the night... On the other hand, after discussion with Patrick, a dry toilet should be installed very quickly at the foot of the chalet. Note that a breakfast formula (sweet: chocolate,croissant, two slices of bread, butter, jam, orange juice, plain yogurt, a compote and a hot drink) is offered and delivered to the table on the private terrace table, a real top +. Patrick is a very welcoming host, and attentive to his hosts: THANK YOU again!

Perfect place for a break in the Landes! After a day of sightseeing, the pool of the cottage was much appreciated as was the recommended restaurant, and the peaceful night! We recommend 100%

We were greeted by our host José, very friendly, helpful and attentive! The house is very spacious and very well-equipped! As for the large garden with its pool, what can I say, apart from that it is very relaxing with its view of the surrounding nature! Corine and André are very sweet and hospitable. We felt very much at home and I'd like to come back. André told us a lot and showed us around the castle where they live. By the pool it was very quiet and you are equipped with everything. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided. Furthermore, we also enjoyed the donkeys, beavers, ducks and the dogs of Corine and André. Actually everything was just perfect! The area was also beautiful, you can visit vineyards or a day to Bordeaux/beach. You will really relax here. Thank you again for this pleasant stay!
