Holiday rentals with a kayak in Côte d'Argent

We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful with fantastic views. The rooms are all large and extremely comfortable. We stayed as a large group and the property had all the amenities we needed and plenty of space for us to socialise in. Our real stand out was how helpful Inés was during our stay. She was always on hand for any questions and couldn’t have been more helpful and flexible for us. Easily the best host we’ve had on Airbnb!

A great stay at Sandrine's. As described , ideally located in relation to the city center and close to the ocean. A peaceful little oasis to unwind with everything inside . Sandrine is a very welcoming Host, and has good advice . Recommended .

Accommodation suitable for our 2 families with 4 children in total, a beautiful living room, bright. The kitchen is well equipped, the garden is very nice (although we were not able to enjoy it much because of bad weather). The accommodation is located a 30min walk from the beach, and the shops of the center 15min walk. Despite the proximity to major roads, the house is quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac. Christophe was considerate and accommodating.

Welcoming hosts. Once you arrive, you feel at home. Everything is very clean and tastefully furnished. The house offers 4 bedrooms and 2 terraces ideal for a family with all the necessary amenities. Central location to visit Bordeaux and the Arcachon basin.

Perfect house for a large extended family group. Cannot say enough about how amazing this house is. Beautiful outdoor and indoor space including tables large enough for big groups to dine. Kitchen very well equipped. Utility room with pool towels, washing machine etc. We had some excellent weather and spent lots of time around the pool. Outdoor space including pool area truly excellent with inflatables, sun chairs, patio, gardens etc. Enough bedrooms for many guests, quiet, good Aircon if needed, versatile accomodation. The games room was a big hit on a rainy day! Food: All Monsegur- Salle a Manger excellent dinner for large groups. Chocolatine - local amazing bakery Local market (Friday AM) for local quality produce Activities - The Naked Vingeron; wine tasting and tour of the vineyard (English) Amanda and David were excellent hosts. Also Des-chênes-toi Aventure Adventure Park which is 5 mins drive and absolutely incredible! Overall such a special stay, thank you!

We did not realise it was so far from Salles so in the morning to get bread it is 5 km trip

Since I have arrived I felt home, they are very hospitable and kind. From the first few days they recommended where I can go for walks and nearest town for shopping. I had chosen this place to do a long water-fast, initially I had aimed for 14 days which later I extended to 21 days. During this time they were very understanding and gave me plenty of space since they knew I feel weak & tires at times, but at the same time we had enough daily conversation, making sure am all-right. Eloise is spiritual and very easy person to talk to, since she is a good listener and intuitive, since I was going deeper into my fast I would share with her my thoughts in a spiritual context and I liked the fact she engaged authentically.

Romain's home was perfect! Very well equipped, on one level, suitable for children with bcp of games and toys, a swing... with the pool 5min walk and shops nearby as well. BBQ, bikes available it was great. We keep the address because this is the first time we find a house that checks all our criteria boxes:) thank you to Romain and his family. Maybe see you soon!

We celebrated our wedding to 45 people in Marc's family home, everything was perfect. The place is amazing and staying there on weekends with family and friends was great. The house itself is beautiful and huge, everyone was able to sleep there. Marc was also available and was able to answer all our questions beforehand. This place and this time will remain etched in our memories.

Great stay. Couple holiday. The house is located in peace and quiet, as described, very clean. Special mention to the kitchen which is super well equipped. Jennifer who welcomed us is super helpful, pro, available, thank you to her. Overall, great stay. I would recommend it in a second.

We had an wonderful time. The house was great and the garden is huge with an orchard in the next field which we could access. It is an absolutely beautiful place. We were made to feel very at home by Laetitia, Thierry and family (they were in the main house for some days of our stay and the rest of the time we were alone on the vast property). They were extremely generous about letting us use games and canoes etc and could not have been more welcoming to us. The surrounding area is very beautiful and peaceful. The river is nearby and there are lots of possible areas for swimming as well as walking. We really enjoyed visits to Angouleme and Cognac and other pretty villages. Most of all we enjoyed sitting in the garden reading and relaxing and going running in small largely deserted roads around the house. It was a really lovely holiday and I would definitely recommend this highly and fully hope to go back again.

Rodolphe’s place was absolutely stunning. It was a real beautiful haven of tropical plants and flowers. He was really kind and attentive and cooked us a beautiful dinner and we felt right at home. Would love to return one day.

A dream setting, wonderful accommodation, very high quality amenities and in an impeccably clean condition and a more than attentive welcome... and in addition, everything has been thought out and homemade by the owners. Everything was perfect, and even more than that. We highly recommend it for anyone who would like to have a memorable stay.

We had a great extended weekend in this charming cabin! As described, it is not a luxury chalet but a peaceful haven with very simple amenities ideal for a couple. The cabin is in the host's garden but we were alone. Small downside for the garden that seems a little abandoned with a lot of things lying around but it didn't bother us. Marcelle provided us with sheets, towels and duvets although the listing mentioned that you had to provide your own bed linen so it's a good surprise! A small sofa in the living room would be welcome. Thanks again!

The place is wonderful, the host is very nice and the place is great. Only shadow on the board: military maneuvers that extend during the day (3-10pm, April 29)
