Great stay, accommodation very well located, beware of the noise in the middle of the tourist season because the accommodation is located on the main avenue. Very well optimized apartment, a small downside on the cleaning but nothing catastrophic. Very well received.

We had a pleasant stay at Daniele and Philip's. We enjoyed the location and the accommodation. Everything was just like in the description. We highly recommend this rental.

Very well located accommodation (close to the beach and restaurants) and clean. The parking lot is large so there is a lot of space (we came for the music festival, and the parking lot was full, we had to look for a place for at least 20 min so if there is an event you have to anticipate)

The accommodation is very well located, clean, air-conditioned (including the bedroom), large underground indigo parking, functional with a manual written by Amélie to consult upon arrival (useful). The apartment is beautiful and perfectly placed for exploring Bordeaux. The bedrooms can be warm as are placed in the attic but the hosts have provided fans and given clear explanation on how to operate the velux windows etc. The apartment is on the highest floor and also has stairs within to access the bedrooms and bathrooms on the second level so anyone with mobility issues should be prepared, but the space is very comfortable and stylish and I’d have no problem recommending it to anyone else. We had access issues entirely unrelated to the actual apartment but an incident within the street it is located on and the communication and help could have been better there but ultimately it all got resolved before it became too much of a problem and all other communication was clear and helpful. Overall we loved it and would return.

Virginie's place just outside Saint Emilion is a beautiful place to stay. Surrounded by vines on this working winery. the cottage is very spacious and has all the amenities we need. It was lovely to sit outside, surrounded by vines on a sunny afternoon, with a wine, playing a game of Bocce ! This is a much better option than staying in Saint Emilion, which is less than a 5 min drive away Would highly recommend Virginie's place to enjoy a wonderful few days in Saint Emilion

We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation is as described, very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The location is ideal, close to everything you needed. Host Karim was very responsive, welcoming and caring throughout the stay. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I will come back with pleasure!

The stay was perfect from start to finish. The house was spotless, very clean and perfectly equipped. Special mention for the bedding, worthy of a hotel: comfortable, clean, we slept very well! Quiet stay in the countryside with background music, river singing. Great for stays in a large tribe. The house is spacious, very well equipped, moreover with taste. Nothing is missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe walk to discover the environment for all ages.

Listing as described. Aline is a very responsive and accommodating host. The listing is located in a beautiful environment and the different things available are a big plus ,if the weather allows you to enjoy it.

Nice place.. Though not the best for children under 5 with stairs.. something I didn’t consider initially. All in all good place for the price.

An apartment in perfect condition, practical, and well located! Clean and easy to "take in hand", with everything you need - except perhaps a few tea bags & salt ;) Nothing very important in relation to the quality of the overall service - we will come back!

Nice little accommodation that Romain offered us. The only comment we can make is that the accommodation is a little tight for 4 people as mentioned in the listing.

Apartment in a very good location. The layout and decor are great. Everything is done to make you feel good. It was very clean and very well equipped. Magnificent view of the estuary with a balcony for aperitifs and meals outside. Excellent place and if we have to rent again in Royan we will go back.
