38 m2 apartment, located on the Pierre Ortal alleys in the city center of Lacanau Océan, 200 m from the guarded central beach. Ideal location close to monitored beaches, shops, restaurants and the liveliness of the city. The apartment, located on the 1st floor, has 1 bedroom, a living room with a built-in kitchen and a bathroom . It is not suitable for people with limited mobility or people with infants. Accuracy : the sofa is not a bed !!!
