Monthly Rentals in Cortes

Miguel and Tereza are brilliant hosts! Very friendly and super helpful! The house is gorgeous, super spacious and very cool! It was 30 degrees outside and we didn’t need air conditioning on at all! We are definitely going to stay there again!

A perfect stay in a lovely little town. Close to Nazare, Batalha, Obidos, Alcobaça and Tomar. The hosts were super! We were even able to checkin early! Can’t wait to return!!

We had a truly authentic Portuguese experience at Jorge’s! Highly recommend! Jorge and his family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They were so sweet, prepared Christmas treats and gifts for us which we appreciate very much. The apartment is comfortable, pristine clean, very well equipped and centrally located just a short ride away from Leiria. We felt right at home quickly and spent many hours on the patio soaking in the sun and the gorgeous view of the village. It is easy to explore Cortes and the surrounding area on foot. Check out the well designed casa-museu Joao Soares and historic church just next door. It was convenient to have the grocery store within walking distance. We met many friendly locals in the village even tho we did not speak Portuguese. Could not ask for a more perfect vacation. Muito obrigado!!

We had a fantastic break at this beautiful place steeped in history. The views and walks were breathtaking. It was everything we wanted for a peaceful getaway. The hosts were lovely and so helpful in escorting us to the property and explaining how everything worked. Thank you so much.
