Monthly Rentals in Coquille

The house was comfy, cozy, and spacious, providing everything we needed. The serene country setting was absolutely beautiful, offering the perfect environment for peace and relaxation. We were delighted by the frequent visits from hummingbirds, chickens, and even some deer! Our dogs had a fantastic time as well, making it a great getaway for the whole family.

This is a great, low-key getaway spot. It was perfect for a quick solo golf trip to Bandon. Just 10 minutes to the lodge, so it’s closer than almost anywhere else you’ll find off property. Danusia and Rick were great hosts and this quiet spot is a great place to rest. Would definitely stay again on my next trip!

My elderly mother and myself stayed here for almost a year while our home in a neighboring town was being rebuilt. While the apt was only a one bedroom, one of use used it and the other stayed on the couch. The price and amenities made this an ideal temporary home. Michele responded very quickly to inquiries and was very helpful. I do not know what we would have done if we did not find this place. The apt is located only a block from Hwy 101, but was surprisingly quiet, only occasional truck and train noise came thru. On July 4th we enjoyed the cities fireworks from the front porch. I cannot recommend this apt, and Michele, enough. i know whom ever rents this apt will find this a very good place to stay, for one or multiple months.

This place is SOOO adorable & cute!!! We will definitely be returning! We rented this space due to a friend passing, and having to visit for their memorial. The host was very flexible on checkout time due to the service, and we are so grateful! Also on the evening we arrived at the house was in pristine condition, and we were able to have a warm welcoming dinner in such a cute place! The beds were very soft and comfortable, the house was decorated very well, and overall it was so cute! The only thing is that the shower is kind of funny in the downstairs, and the refrigerator wasn’t working. However, the host quickly provided a smaller refrigerator that was already chilled before our arrival. Thank you so much to John and his wife, our stay was exceptional!
