We had a wonderful stay at Joan’s home!The home was clean, quiet, and very private—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, and everything we needed was easily accessible. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a comfortable and serene setting in Canandaigua. We especially loved how walkable the home was to the Main Street.

This was a good location right on Main Street with a short walk to many restaurants and the brewery in town. It was just as described with a well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals. Jenni was very responsive to inquiries. Would stay again when in town.

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was perfect for the 4 of us. While our plans were family oriented and we didn’t visit the village, the location is great and the restaurants are close by. Their remodel of a Victorian home is very tasteful and a great mix of the new and old. We loved knowing the history of the building. The staircase going up from the door is steep and tricky with bags, but it’s an old Victorian home and do-able. Would definitely recommend. I have family close by but if I need to, I’d stay again!! This was our fourth time at the Red Mill and each trip makes us eager for the next one. There is a spark of magic in the garden, the art, the perfectly curated collection of books... you just can't go wrong. The falls are beautiful, rain or shine, but they are nothing compared to the best host we've ever met. Joan is a treasure. I call her an ambassador for the region. You can see in her guestbook that we are not alone in making multiple return trips to see her and the full experience she has created. All five senses come alive at the Mill. If you need a peaceful getaway, just do it.

Laura’s place was perfect. The beds were comfortable & cozy. There were thoughtful amenities like coffee, water , and snacks. I loved how the place was decorated & Laura even provided an umbrella & doggie bags. So many nice touches! We would definitely stay here again. It was nice to be able to walk into town for lunch or dinner.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay—it truly felt like home. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing and photos. It had everything we needed during our stay. The host was very helpful and responsive. The parking was excellent—safe, very close to the property, and even visible from one of the rooms, which gave us extra peace of mind. It was a big plus during our stay! Highly recommend!

The rustic character and vintage details made it feel warm, inviting, and perfect for gathering with family during a special time. The location was convenient for all our wedding events, and we loved having a cozy space to come back to each night. This was a great opportunity for me and my siblings to remember the time when our parents had a cottage at Conesus Lake. I was only 2 so I enjoyed hearing their stories. It was great to connect and what a fantastic atmosphere! The weather was a little cloudy and rainy but when the sun came out it was beautiful. Inside the cottage was very welcoming and comfy too. The neighbors were kind too!

Generously stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Unheated pool was a little too chilly the beginning of June, but great back yard space for grilling and visiting. A lounge chair with an adjustable back for reading would make it even more amazing. Loved that I could go for a walk on quiet country roads in the morning. Thank you Traci for all the extra's, your home worked out perfectly for us and we'll be back!

What can I say? The Hilltop Chalet was beautiful! It was private, clean and had everything you could dream of. David and Karen had the best tips and we very responsive. So close to Canandaigua and Naples. Will definitely be back!

We had a great time here! Chris gave us incredible food and activity recommendations making our stay extremely worthwhile. He was responsive and helpful throughout the entire weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here- the views were incredible, the dock was so peaceful, and we loved having access to a fire pit. The driveway is pretty steep, required to walk up/down to access the dock. Our stay was perfect, can't wait to return.

This cabin was incredible! Beautifully designed and decorated with high quality linens, kitchen utensils, and furnishings. The views from the deck and the master bedroom were spectacular! Be aware there are no blinds on the big windows in the bedroom which means a beautiful wake up with the sunrise at 5:30 am. The host assured us that no one could see in and we took her word for it!😉

This place is absolutely beautiful: friendly, warm, charming!! Photos do not fairly reflect the great updates that are there- it’s even better in person!! We enjoyed her hospitality and she always responded quickly to any question. Highly recommend this spot and would definitely come back!!

Tobiah was a fabulous host. He answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. We had a small gathering of family, coming from far apart and the condo was wonderful! It worked beautifully for our needs. We loved the view of the lake off the balconies-- especially with a full moon reflecting on it! The condo was well-appointed, with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable setting and close to hiking, wineries, and water activities, as well as cycling along the Erie Canal. The condo's location, a short distance between the towns of Naples and Canadaigua, made it easy to run an errand or go out eat. We highly recommend Tobiah's waterfront condo!

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

Everything was like the pictures. Host was very informative about nearby locations with parks and restaurants. Place was clean and felt cozy. Definitely recommend!

This was great for the six of us to visit family in the area. Beds were comfortable and the kids toys was a nice touch. Thank you again we would stay again

Wonderful stay. It faces the inlet and you can see across to the plazas instead of the full lake, but it's still very pretty. A great unit, great area, great instructions and responsiveness.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at The Place! Swain was a very quiet and peaceful area (though I'm sure it gets busier during ski season), and we felt safe and enjoyed the privacy. While we did have to drive a bit for restaurants and activities, the condo was stocked with plenty of kitchen equipment that allowed us to cook meals during our stay, and also had a variety of board games for entertainment. The wifi was very spotty, but that was not a huge concern for our stay. One other thing I want to note was that there were some clothes left in closets and used toiletry items in the bathroom cabinets; I was not bothered by it since everything was very clean, but just a heads up if anyone is not comfortable with that. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of blankets and towels, and the wood fireplace was nice for chillier nights. Overall, I have to say that the condo was beautiful and exceeded my expectations - the pictures really do not do it justice!

We had a wonderful stay. The views were absolutely stunning. It was a perfect way to ring in the new year. Amy was very responsive, and the house was perfect. We hope to return one day.

Our family came in for a concert, and this location was perfect. Beautiful condo, with a perfect location on the lake. With access to the pool, hot tub, life sized chess board, gym and the lakeside trail, we were within steps of a brewery, salon, restaurants, playground and an ice cream shop. Within walking distance of CMAC -- which we saw many people do. No need to bring your own towels, the condo has 4 for your use. The owners were quick to respond when we weren't able to get the door open (trick: turn the lock all the way to the right and lift the door handle up as you open) and super kind/prompt if I had other questions. We'll def be back. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful place!
