Holiday rentals with a kayak in Conesus Lake

Pete’s place was perfect for our short stay to attend a concert at CMAC nearby. Home had plenty of space, was very clean, and had everything we needed. Pete was an excellent host, very attentive and friendly! We would definitely book again for a future concert.

We had one daughter graduating from UB and one from Brockport, and we rented Mandy's place as a midpoint location for our family to stay. Mandy was great to work with and the house is wonderful! Very comfortable and homey, with beautiful views. It had everything we needed/desired. The pictures really don't do it justice, especially in terms of the spaciousness of the place! We enjoyed the various large spaces to all be together, as well as the ability to find a quiet place to be on your own. The pool table was a big hit with everyone, and we really enjoyed watching a movie together in the home theater one night. It's a very private, but also very convenient location. Harrington's produce market and cafe is a great place to get a sandwich and/or a bowl of soup, and is literally 2 minutes away. And downtown Batavia is only about 10 minutes. Our only problem was that we didn't have enough time to fully enjoy all that Mandy's place has to offer! We would love to get back sometime!

This Airbnb was the perfect fall getaway! We visited the lake to soak in the autumn vibes, and this spot exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for our group of five, and the host’s recommendations made our trip even better. While the area is known for summer fun, I think fall might be the best time to visit. We had an amazing time exploring the charming shops, cozy restaurants, and stunning waterfront spots, plus the nearby vineyards are a must-see. Can’t wait to return next year when the leaves are changing again—absolutely loved our stay!

Our family of 9, including 3 grandchildren had a wonderful visit. The house was beautifully designed ; it allowed incredible views of the lake and its surroundings. The kitchen was well designed with new appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare meals. It was well supplied with dishes, etc . The bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed the separate levels of decking that allowed plenty of relaxing and enjoyment of the beautiful views.

We very much enjoyed our stay at David’s home. The interior is fully renovated with all amenities as described- a rare find for multi-family space requirements and lake-front access.

The stay started with walking into an amazing open living room with large windows that looks out into the water. The feel, the space, and the view is even better than what the pictures try to capture. We had dinner right in town and it was just over 5 minutes away. The kiddos really enjoyed the paddle boards and littke kayaks, we went everyday, sometimes twice. Beautiful place, great getaway. Grateful for this stay, and would come back again!

This rental home is top shelf. It is exceptionally clean, neat and tidy, and while decorated tastefully, there is no clutter which might otherwise get damaged or interfere with people there temporarily. New carpeting (at least it looked new to us) with an exceptionally thick pad underneath. Comfortable furniture throughout this great home makes having breakfast or reading your favorite book a pleasure. Nice weather, move out onto the fantastic deck and have a seat at the outdoor table, or relax in one of the many chairs our hosts have purchased for comfort and convenience. Nice morning? Take your coffee out to the dock and plant yourself in a chair out on the end and enjoy God's creation. This home has a sturdy new dock with several places to tie up a boat. The picture of the dock in the listing shows a boat hoist, but that was not there during our visit and made tying up our pontoon boat great with the collapsable cleats on the dock. Way more to say, but no room to express it

Great location. Walkable with a lot of restaurants nearby. Snacks and wine were provided free of charge which was a nice surprise. My only complaints are the house no longer had a pull out couch and the proximity to the train which can be a bit noisy.

The house was exactly as described, not a speck of dirt could have been found upon arrival. We had an amazing time and are looking forward to returning!

We had a terrific stay! Phillip was proactive and responsive. Check-in and check-out were easy . There were personal touches, snacks and wine awaiting us upon arrival! The house is beautifully located on the lake with great sunrises and views. Close to Hammondsport and many great wineries. Highly recommend!

Was a beautiful place. Quite had plenty of good fire wood and very clean place. Neighbors were great enclosed front porch was great to eat and be able to look at lake. Nice air conditioning though out home. Will definitely visit again. Steve was a wonderful host. 5 stars I.n my book

Our second time - was as wonderful as first.

This was our second stay at John and Shelly's lake house and it was WONDERFUL! Shelly remembered it would be my mom's birthday as well as father's day, and left a note with some goodies to welcome us. We loved kayaking as a family, enjoying the firepit, and the porch was our favorite place for breakfast, afternoon snacks/cocktails, and dinner. This is such a wonderful home with phenomenal hosts, and we can't wait to come back next year! Highly recommend this peaceful getaway!

Our stay was great! The neighborhood was beautiful, and the cottage was very nice.

Great remote spot about 10 minutes from downtown Hanmondsport. Stacey was very proactive in communicating with us. There was a considerable amount of rain prior to our stay so she worked very hard to make sure the driveway was cleared for us to drive through. (The driveway is wooded leading up to the house.) It’s a cozy spot, great for just a few people. The view was great on the back deck and made for relaxing starts to the morning.

We had such a great time. The lake views are beautiful and the proximity to town is excellent. Zoila was attentive and made sure we had all the necessary information and were accommodated for the weekend. There are some things in the house that could use updates but our stay wasn't affected.

I can’t say enough about Kathi & this cabin! She’s everything you’d want from a host - lovely, knowledgeable & gave the best tips! She was extremely accommodating, responsive & just an excellent host. The “cozy cabin” on Wells is just that & such a special place. The property is beautiful, peaceful & so inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast on the pergola overlooking the pond in the morning & relaxing by the fire at night. You could do nothing else & have the time of your life but you’re also close to lots of lakes, waterfalls, wineries & quaint towns with cute shops so there is plenty to keep you occupied should you want to keep busy. Besides being picturesque, the cabin was spotless & had all the amenities you could ever need. In fact, they even supply extra toiletries in case you forgot something & wine if you’d like to partake. Such thoughtful touches! This was a bucket list trip for us & a much needed recharge. We were sad to leave but can’t wait to go back!

Great place to unwind for a weekend in a remote private location in the woods. If you’re looking for peace and quiet or to just get away for a while this is the perfect place. Our dog was in heaven wandering through the various trails tracking all the different smells. We came up in the winter with the ground covered in snow. Even though it was extremely cold outside we were toasty and cozy with the wood stove going. Would definitely come back again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Lazy Loon Cottage! The house is super clean and charming. We loved the open layout, it was perfect for relaxing all together. We loved the outdoor area as well. The deck is beautiful and the kids loved the fire pit. The gradual shoreline was perfect for our kids. No need to worry about a steep drop off. They could just walk in the water as far as they felt comfortable. They enjoyed the kayaks very much! Adam was very responsive and we appreciated him checking in on us after a bad storm. We hope to stay again sometime! Thank you Adam and Melissa!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in the Finger Lakes! Tucked away at the end of a quiet private road, it offered the peace and serenity we were hoping for—along with stunning views that made every moment feel like a postcard. The interior decor was fabulous—charming, stylish, and cozy. We especially appreciated the pellet fireplace, which was perfect for those chillier, rainy days. While the weather didn’t cooperate enough for us to swim or take out the kayaks, we still had an amazing time relaxing and enjoying the space. One of the best parts was the huge yard, which our dog loved. She had the time of her life exploring, running, jumping of the dock and just being free in such a safe and open space. It was truly a dog-friendly stay in every sense of the word. We would absolutely return—hopefully with better weather next time so we can take full advantage of everything this place has to offer. Highly recommend!

Our stay was great! So so quiet you can hear a pin drop. Being by the river was great, we got to see new baby goslings and watch people go by on kayaks. The place is very peaceful, and right down the road from a few different winery’s! The neighborhood wasn’t the most vibrant part of town, but it had its own atmosphere and views on the drive were breathtaking. Also good thing to note—the next door neighbor has a beautiful Great Dane who likes to pace the dividing fence and sometimes barks pretty loud and gets excited. Great dog, on an electric fence, but just for anyone who has reactive dogs or sensitive dogs, definitely something to consider.

We had such a great week at Curtis’s home. It was comfortable, clean and well stocked. Curtis was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The lake is a dream for my grandkids and us older folks as well. We floated the days away when we weren’t kayaking. The beds are incredibly comfy, the couches roomy and comfy- we felt at home! If you are looking for a time away from the rat rage of life, this IS the place. I’ve used Air B and B for years- this was a great find!!! Highly recommend!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
