Thank you Bruce for being a super host! Our family, Yeti and Snow included, had so much fun! It was so helpful and generous of you to help us unload with the 4 wheeler and invite us to the barn. The lake is gorgeous; swims, boating, supboard. Biking was amazing! Local corn fab! Well equiped kitchen for the culinary artists in our fam. Coffee on the sunporch so relaxing. We are excited to visit again in the future!

Felt like "grandmas house". Wonderful seating for gathering spaces inside and outside with family. Beautiful morning front porch to watch the horse and buggies drive by while sipping coffee. Kitchen had all we needed which is always important! Quiet neighborhood, friendly corner market to walk to. And we even got to appreciate an evening fire at the pit. Marie was always responsive when I had a question. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The stunning beauty of this Airbnb left a lasting impression. With its breathtaking views and spacious accommodations for our guests, the home truly shone. The hot tub and deck areas were additional highlights. To enhance the experience, consider bringing hand soap and extra paper towels. While the upstairs full bed proved too firm, the hosts' exceptional service and warm friendliness more than made up for it. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your lovely home.

Marisa’s place was absolutely beautiful! It was so much better than expected! Plenty of space for our large group, the kids were obsessed with the secret room and we all loved the views. It was rainy most of our stay but we were still able to hang by the lake and make some s’mores! So convenient to town and all the other things to do in the area, would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house, perfect for a family wedding weekend. The house was stunning, had a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed coffee on the porch in the mornings and did some trips out on the lake with the kayaks. The beds were all comfortable and we had plenty of space for the whole family. We did a fire pit one night outside and it was lovely. The perfect destination for a summer weekend at the lake.

The house was very nice, and in a very quiet location, although i had the feeling we were there before peak season! Beautiful dock and view of sunset. We were a family of 17, and it never felt like we were crowded. Management responded quickly to our questions before and during out stay. Would recommend the place!

Beautiful lake views! Pluses: This house is located on a hill across the street from Canandaigua Lake with a boathouse right on the water. 4 bedrooms, 21/2 baths. The house was clean and neat, and the host was always responsive. There is an indoor hot tub in a beautiful back room (though we didn’t get a chance to use it). The house is a pleasant short drive to downtown Canandaigua. Things to note: Unique layout due to the octagonal shape of the house. There is a circular staircase in the middle of the house, but the upper area can also be accessed from the back door at the top of the driveway. There are a lot of rules, but they were easy enough to follow. Security deposit is required, which I have found is not typically the case with Airbnb’s. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

It was a joy staying in Hilary‘s cottage. It was well laid out and adequately stocked. Decks on all three floors with nice Adirondack chairs. Lovely to sit on the deck overlooking Keuka Lake spreading out in front of us. We had fun sitting on the dock too. It was easy to launch our kayak from the shore. We had the master suite on the top floor, which was quite large and comfortable. Sitting in front of the fireplace a few evenings was quite enjoyable. The location of the cottage was superb as it was close to Hammondsport, and not far from Penn Yan nor Watkins Glen; with plenty of local wineries all around. Highly recommend this cottage.

This was a great opportunity for me and my siblings to remember the time when our parents had a cottage at Conesus Lake. I was only 2 so I enjoyed hearing their stories. It was great to connect and what a fantastic atmosphere! The weather was a little cloudy and rainy but when the sun came out it was beautiful. Inside the cottage was very welcoming and comfy too. The neighbors were kind too!

The host was very friendly and accommodating when we had a bump in the road with our reservation. Everything worked out perfectly and we were very happy with our stay.

The house was absolutely beautiful with an even more beautiful view, the kayaks and paddle boards were easily accessible and were a ton of fun on the lake, Mary was a great host. We had some weather related incidents and she responded within minutes. The only negative thing I could say is, we should’ve booked it for longer, we didn’t want to leave. It was very fun weekend!

This Airbnb was the perfect fall getaway! We visited the lake to soak in the autumn vibes, and this spot exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for our group of five, and the host’s recommendations made our trip even better. While the area is known for summer fun, I think fall might be the best time to visit. We had an amazing time exploring the charming shops, cozy restaurants, and stunning waterfront spots, plus the nearby vineyards are a must-see. Can’t wait to return next year when the leaves are changing again—absolutely loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone looking for some solitude and a beautiful place to enjoy a peaceful getaway. You can be in Naples, NY in 10 min or less for a few restaurants, etc. and Canandaigua is only 25 min north. Everything was lovely and just as advertised.

Our friends and family had a wonderful time in this cozy home. The lake front property was beautiful, the lake water was crystal clear, and the amenities like the kayaks and trampoline were a big hit with the kids. Communication was also top notch, we really liked how quick they were to respond to any questions we had. It was our first time in the finger lakes area and the location was perfect for us, we’ll definitely be back!

Fred’s place was absolutely stunning - both inside and outside. Fred was very responsive to our questions. The place itself is spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The landscaping is beautiful. We would love to visit again!!

Very comfortable stay at Cozy Cottage . Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed and the washer and dryer was in good condition ( soap was supplied). We have lived son Conesus Lake & knew the area. Cottage is on the south end in a quiet section of the lake .

We left this lake home 100% refreshed! The evenings on the upstairs patio were exactly what we needed after attending to major family and life events which was the reason for our visit. It was a great home away from home!

This is a beautiful location and the accommodation is very special. The amenities are outstanding ( BBQ, Hot tub, firepit, outdoor seating area with TV, kayaking/paddle boards) and inside is tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped. The extra little touches and provisions are thoughtful and kind. Kate and Justin are great hosts and go out of their way to accommodate your needs. One of the best Air B&B's we've stayed in. Such a wonderful weekend stay! The house is very spacious for multiple guests and has a very well stocked kitchen! The house has a lake house feel with some Disney charm ! Beach is approximately a 15 min walk away but it was nice having a private beach area.

David was an incredibly kind host - proactive in communication and flexible. The house itself was great, and the area beautiful. Would highly recommend to anyone!
