Book your stay! We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb. From a warm welcome with a handwritten note and fresh cookies to an easy check-in and check-out process with clear instructions, everything was seamless. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with extras, including throw blankets, makeup remover, and a great selection of coffee. Though we came to visit family and didn’t need local tips, the hosts provided a helpful guide for exploring the area. It’s also pet-friendly—but so clean, you'd never know dogs are allowed. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

A great place to spend some time with family and friends and also for the couples for a romantic getaway. Loved staying at their place, and one of the most beautiful and coziest airbnb we encountered so far. The house surrounded by nature is a dream for a city people like us! We had a great time. The apartment was large clean and the location was ideal for the wedding we went to only 5 miles away. The kitchen was amazing with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, ice maker, garbage disposal, ,and even washer and dryer! The huge tv and living room was great in the evening to relax. We had breakfast and dinner in the Clubhouse and the food was terrific. We went down for afternoon cocktails and had fun just sitting and talking at the bar. We would love to plan a longer stay for even a week as it was such a great spot! Thank you to the bartender (only there a few months) and all the waitresses and chef and kitchen staff too.

This was a good location right on Main Street with a short walk to many restaurants and the brewery in town. It was just as described with a well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals. Jenni was very responsive to inquiries. Would stay again when in town.

Our stay at this 3-bedroom lakefront penthouse was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the panoramic views of Conesus Lake visible through the expansive windows and from the spacious balcony. The penthouse is beautifully appointed—clean and very comfortable. The open-concept living area made it perfect for relaxing with family, while the well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed for meals at home. Each bedroom was cozy and private, especially the master suite with its own lake view. Waking up to that scenery each morning was amazing! The location couldn’t be better—right on the water, with easy access for kayaking. It’s close enough to local wineries, hiking trails, and charming small towns, yet peaceful and secluded for a true escape. Highly recommend this penthouse.

The Hosts were very attentive & checked in with us mid-stay via the App to make sure our stay was going well and if there was anything we needed. The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything from restaurants, breweries, & Vitale Park. It’s was perfect size for us and our infant. We will definitely be staying here again!

One of the best airbnb experiences I’ve had- the space was incredibly thoughtful and there were many “little” things that made parenting so much easier! I cannot recommend this space or the hosts enough.

I had a fantastic three-night stay at this charming, up-to-date cottage. It was cozy and welcoming, with a spotless bathroom with a roomy walk-in shower and stocked with plenty of fresh towels. The bedroom was comfortable, and I slept great each night. The location is easy to find, right off the main road, which was super convenient. I also enjoyed the fast Wi-Fi, nice TV, and the thoughtful touch of a Bose Wave radio with a selection of music CDs. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

My family was looking to spend two nights exploring the area in and around Letchworth State Park, and Isaac’s place was perfect! They had everything we needed - an amazing games barn that kept our kids very engaged, a nice quiet spot to spend the evening, and close enough to both ends of the park that we could get to the swimming pool or the waterfalls pretty easily. The home was thoroughly cleaned and spotless. Rules were simple and clear. Communication was swift and very helpful. We really appreciated all of the recommendations we were given for local activities and food - they were spot on! There are so many thoughtful touches - fish food to feed the pond fish, a kitchen that had all the basics (and more), and even a basket with everything we needed for s’mores around the fire pit. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit the area!

This place is absolutely beautiful: friendly, warm, charming!! Photos do not fairly reflect the great updates that are there- it’s even better in person!! We enjoyed her hospitality and she always responded quickly to any question. Highly recommend this spot and would definitely come back!!

this house is amazing. we had a great family get together there. Very Private and relaxing. All the bathrooms were spotless. kitchen has everything you could possible need. Would definitely go back.

Chris's place was the perfect spot for our quick get-away! The view was incredibly beautiful and peaceful, the bed and the furniture was comfy, and the kitchen was beautifully appointed (as was the entire house). We loved our stay!

We had a beautiful stay here over Memorial Day weekend. I grew up nearby and was visiting to catch up with old friends. The house is extremely comfortable, nicely furnished, and well stocked. And spotlessly clean! The location is fantastic, right outside the park and a few minutes walk or drive to Main Street, the supermarket, and all the restaurants. I’d happily stay here again!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at The Place! Swain was a very quiet and peaceful area (though I'm sure it gets busier during ski season), and we felt safe and enjoyed the privacy. While we did have to drive a bit for restaurants and activities, the condo was stocked with plenty of kitchen equipment that allowed us to cook meals during our stay, and also had a variety of board games for entertainment. The wifi was very spotty, but that was not a huge concern for our stay. One other thing I want to note was that there were some clothes left in closets and used toiletry items in the bathroom cabinets; I was not bothered by it since everything was very clean, but just a heads up if anyone is not comfortable with that. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of blankets and towels, and the wood fireplace was nice for chillier nights. Overall, I have to say that the condo was beautiful and exceeded my expectations - the pictures really do not do it justice!

We needed a place to stay from a long road trip and location was perfect for what we needed. Very peaceful and roomy and would recommend.
