Woodland Hideaway

The Woodland Hideaway consists of the geodesic dome, set within an entirely private copse of trees on the edge of an historic working farm. You have exclusive use of the copse. (Please ask re extra tents) The farm dates back to the 1400s and is enviably situated between Exmoor and the sea. We are within easy reach of medieval Dunster with its magnificent Castle, lively towns of Minehead and Watchet. The WSR Railway is a short walk away, as are the sea front, cafes and pub.

Nestled in the beautiful countryside, minutes from amenities, beaches, towns and villages, we have a very small campsite on our small holding that has a really chilled vibe. Broad Park Campsite consists of 10 tent pitches, (Tent pitches closed Oct-Easter) 2 camper van pitches and 2 Shepherds' huts. (Also see Delilah hut on Airbnb). The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is only 7 minutes drive from the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.

Ideally situated to explore Dartmoor, both North & South Devon coasts and Cornwall beyond.

Our home is in a fantastic location with stunning seaviews over the golf course. The south facing garden is great for children, dogs and barbecues. The children will be kept entertained with an inground trampoline, basket swing and the adults can relax in the garden! The beach is 500 meters from the house with amazing sandy beaches, surf and the Seapool for calm swimming even on the biggest wave days. .
