This property is absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable! We loved our stay. There was plenty of room and having so many bathrooms was definitely a plus. This was a great home base for our Cornwall adventures!

Lovely cottage, had everything we needed for a great week. Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. All the crockery, utensils and pans you need for cooking. Hot tub was certainly a favourite and well used! Nice to have plastic ‘glasses’ for use outside. Great selection of games was a nice surprise. Being able to walk the dog right from the doorstep made it so easy - we really enjoyed exploring the smallholding. Hosts were very quick to respond with answers and support. Yes, the Tesco delivery man did manage to find us and unload :-)

Very lovely place, me and my girlfriend stayed here for a weekend and had no complaints. The host responded quickly and the property looked exactly like the photos. All the extra little touches like the fire wood, slippers, eggs and etc really made us feel welcome. Overall we really enjoyed our stayed and would happily stay here again.

What an amazing place! We loved the wood burner and all the possible activities: hot tub, heated swimming pool, tennis, table tennis, crash mat, kayak, trampoline , horses, goats, chickens, and much more! it's the perfect place for a holiday with the family, the whole estate is a destination in itself.

The place was really nice and absolutely spotless when we got there. Nigel and Perry were both very nice and helpful and responded very quickly to messages. The only things is one of the windows didn’t have a blind which made it very bright in the mornings and struggled to sleep in. Also the sat nav brought us in a different direction from the directions on the listing which was a little confusing but Nigel was stood outside waiting for us when we arrived so wasn’t really a problem. Just something to mention. Overall it was a really nice stay and would recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Honeysuckle Cottage. Spotlessly clean and bright. Very well equipped modern kitchen. Comfortable lounge and bedrooms and a sunny conservatory for dining in. Our host Helen welcomed us and a gorgeous cream tea awaited us, together with homemade scones, jam and bread. Milk, butter and eggs also provided. Such attention to detail. The garden is pretty and dog safe. Helen even provided dog bowls and towels and a treat! We would highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

A brilliant stay in sues lodge. It’s so close to the beach! It was such an added extra to have a hot tub and the lodge was beautifully clean.

My mum and I had a wonderful well deserved break at Debbie’s gorgeous Studio. It was also our dog, Hook’s first time away and she absolutely loved it! We were greeted by Debbie when we finally arrived (with clear instructions provided on how to get to the cottage) and she was so lovely. She showed us into the Studio and realised that we wanted separate beds so bought extra bed linen for the bedroom downstairs. She’d also treated us to a lovely bottle of red and a Victoria sponge! The views are so picturesque and we felt so peaceful and calm. Their gardens are well kept and are beautiful. Debbie is an amazing artist and even hand painted the bedroom door! As previous reviews have revealed, the drive to the cottage is rather bumpy as it’s down a bridle way and the driveway is rather steep but it’s manageable! As Debbie knows, we will be back again - we felt we could have stayed a few more days if we could but we will definitely be back hopefully this year. Thank you Debbie!

it's our second stay at Fish Cottage, the kids love it, we love it. As we are originally from devon we can access all our favourite places on day trips due to the location so really works for us Cottage is spacious, interesting and really well equipped and comfortable for our family. will continue each year if we can !! thankyou

Ben's cottage was stunning — we loved every moment of our stay. If it were possible to give 6 out of 5 stars, I would have. The surrounding area was breathtaking, we enjoyed wandering through the fields and visited the vineyard, where we sampled some fantastic wine. There were also some excellent local pubs close by, all serving delicious food. Everything felt convenient, peaceful, and just perfect — there wasn’t a single thing we could fault. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Great location as a base for exploring the lovely beaches in the surrounding area. Lots of choice of places to eat within easy walking distance too. Would definitely return again!

Timberscombe village and the cottage are an utter gem. The cottage is very comfortable. It was lovely to meet the locals in the church and the pub next door, everyone was very friendly. Be sure to visit Dunster Castle!

Harriet's place was amazing. Harriet was very responsive and proactive with helping us with our late check in. The house looks really nice in photos, but it's even better than in real life. We have only one regret, that we couldn't stay longer!

A very pretty cottage in a stunning location. Dave and Lucy were so welcoming and helpful. The well equipped accommodation has everything you could need for a most comfortable and relaxing stay. The private garden with various outdoor furniture (including hammock and barbeque) is a real plus. The location is ideal for visiting the beautiful Devon countryside and coastline, RHS Rosemoor, and the nearby Tarka trail is ideal for a wonderful cycle ride along the river to the sea.

Fantastic location to explore from. Just a very short drive from Woolacombe but lovely and peaceful. Well equipped cottage and maintained to a high standard. The dog had a great time bounding through the hills and the kids didn’t argue too much about who got the top bunk!

A lovely, cosy cottage-feel and well-located for the edge of Exmoor and lots of great beaches. The village is small and quiet, leading to a peaceful, restful stay.

Geoff and Sam are such great hosts, super responsive with anything I asked, and they even left coffee, tea, orange juice, milk, bread, butter, milk and biscuits. The cottage had everything we needed, beds were comfy and the bath is amazing, Really close to puttsborough beach and the parking permit that comes with the cottage saves £10 on parking there per day, also close to Croyde so really good for anyone looking to surf Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet get away

Huge thanks to Paul for being such a lovely host, really useful directions to get there and super welcoming once we arrived. We were staying for a wedding in the area and he was helpful with directions and recommendations. I also forgot something and he lent me some from his own property which was very kind. Absolute gem, would love to come back one day!

What a wonderful, relaxing peaceful, pampering stay. Maria greeted us warmly with a beautifully curated hamper. Gorgeous textiles, Supportive bed and gorgeous linens. Everything needed was right there. Beautiful property. Very engaging host.

Diana was very responsive, her cottage was exactly as described and was clean, tidy and very good value for money. The cottage itself is peaceful with a lovely garden outside to sit in. it was only a short walk down to the local pub and about a 20 minute walk to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here.
