The best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Super nice and clean building. Delia was great and made checking in and out easy. Perfect location for visiting Villefranche Sur Mer, and easy to get to Nice and Eze from. Would stay again!

Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

We have a wonderful experience at this Airbnb. The view is absolutely amazing and you are right across the street from a beautiful beach for swimming. The hosts have thought of everything you might need and even left a little gift for our baby. Great location for visiting menton or day trips to other gorgeous coastal towns. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Benoit and his partner Johan are going on a truly unforgettable fantastic trip. Especially, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable time for the whole three days of my stay thanks to Johan's careful care and help from before arriving at the accommodation to leaving. The view of this apartment is unbelievably crazy, and there are many beautiful places around here. As user manual provided by them, I was able to easily get to the cool restaurants and the main places in Nice.

Great location — super easy to walk to everything, from restaurants to the beach. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-renovated. It had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Les photos sont superbes, mais sur les lieux sont encore mieux. C’est un excellent choix et nous avons apprécié la vue sur la ville de grasse jusqu’à la côte.

Das Haus liegt in einer herrlichen Landschaft. Das einzige, was man den größten Teil des Tages hört, sind Naturgeräusche. Der Garten ist voll von Schmetterlingen. Es gibt viele Orte zum Verweilen. Alles ist liebevoll gestaltet. In der Wohnung hat man alles, was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt braucht. Alle Fenster und die Türe sind mit Fliegengittern und die meisten auch mit Fensterläden ausgestattet, so dass es drinnen insektenfrei und kühl ist. Der Pool ist ebenfalls gut mit Liegestühlen, Hängematte und Sitzecke ausgestattet! Sophie und Manu waren sehr zugewandt und hilfsbereit, aber auch zurückhaltend und freilassend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, nous étions 2 adultes 2 enfants et un chien. Le logement été agréable, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous avons chaleureusement été accueilli par Christine qui s'est montré disponible tout le long de notre escapade. Merci encore pour les attentions !

We stayed 3nights in Nice, and it was a great spot. The ducted AC broke down couple days before check-in , which we were offered free cancellation as well, however Radostina went above and beyond to make sure we are ok to stay. She purchased a mobile AC unit, added a couple of fans and welcomed us with some treats and champagne on top of giving us free parking. It was warm at times but we spent most our times away and there are automatic black out shutters to keep the sun and heat away. The unit was comfortable set up with everything you’d need. Large balcony, coffee machine, washing machine etc. The tram, petrol station and the water are just steps away. Easy connection to the train if you visiting other parts of the French Riviera as well. Would recommend to stay!

Panorama spettacolare, ottimo la fermata del bus per chi vuole visitare Menton oppure recarsi alla stazione di Monaco. A piedi per raggiungere Larvotto Beach bisogna fare tantissime scale. ottimo parcheggio nel sotterraneo della Casa. Amèlie è molto professionale e reattiva.

Een fantastische locatie. Om verschillende activiteiten te ondernemen. Heel vele zijn op korte afstand. Leuke echte Franse dorpjes met authentieke kenmerken. Vriendelijk Fransen die ook Engels spreken en bereid zijn dit te doen. Het appartement is meer dan compleet. Van alle gemakken voorzien, zo is er een wasmachine, een vaatwasser en ligt er een setje handdoeken/ badlaken op je te wachten. Een eigen parkeer plek op het terrein binnen de poort en een eigen opgang naar het appartement toe. Het appartement ligt heel privé ten opzichte van de bewoners. En het gebruik van het zwembad is fantastisch. Wij waren er juni 2025, het was 30 graden en dus heel veel gebruik gemaakt van het (verwarmde) zwembad. De tuin is mooi aangelegd en de bloemen geuren heerlijk. Mooi uitzicht, welke geheel vrij is. De ontvangt is hartelijk, veel uitleg en een glas rosé kan direct ingeschonken worden. Een koude fles wacht bij aankomst op je. Vriendelijk en behulpzame familie. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

What a fabulous place to stay. From booking to leaving our apartment everything was a breeze. What an amazing situation and view - absolutely stunning. All great modern services that work perfectly. We cannot speak highly enough about everything. We did not want to leave. Thank you Maggy and Henri for an idyllic holiday.

This was one of my best Airbnb experiences to date - the apartment was very well furnished and decorated, had all the necessities as well as more, like: beach towels and a beach umbrella, clothes drying rack, and a heated towel rack! The skylights in each room were also a nice touch. I looked forward to coming back every day. The hosts were very responsive and even helped us carry our luggage up the 4 flights of stairs. The location was also great - walking distance to many delicious restaurants and Old Nice.

Wow !! Quite simply the best apartment we’ve ever had on AIR BnB 👌 perfect in every way and right in the heart of the old town, attractions, shops, daily market and restaurants . Perfect view of the full Promenade from the beautiful balcony !!! And to top it all off Eileen and Connie were the perfect hosts and communication was fantastic!! Wir waren eine Nacht in der Unterkunft. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Brian war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht, ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Es ist ein wirklich kleines, ruhiges Örtchen. Die Schule liegt zwei Häuser weiter wodurch morgens Kinder zu hören sind. Wir hatten Glück einen der wenigen Parkplätze zu bekommen um so einen kurzen Fußweg zur Unterkunft zu haben. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wieder buchen. Vielen Dank nochmal☺️

El lugar es muy lindo. Philip es muy amable y preparó todo para nuestra estancia fuera muy placentera. Recomiendo totalmente que se queden con el si van a Mónaco

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Julien war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben ihn immer wieder innerhalb der Anlage angetroffen und uns sehr nett mit Julien unterhalten. Er hatte uns einige nützliche Tipps gegeben. Aufgrund der ruhigen Lage ist ein Auto erforderlich. Wir konnten unser Auto gut und geschützt innerhalb der Anlage parken. Das Apartment ließ sich sehr gut finden. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.

Super logement et super hôte. Le logement est super bien équipé et entretenu avec une exposition idéale vue mer et vue montagne. Catherine est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes, disponible, de bon conseil, et super réactive. Allez y sans hésiter.

Super appart ! Proche de la gare, très pratique. On a adoré le côté loft et cerise sur le gâteau, le jacuzzi, tellement bienvenu !!! Je conseille les yeux fermés.
