The best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Super nice and clean building. Delia was great and made checking in and out easy. Perfect location for visiting Villefranche Sur Mer, and easy to get to Nice and Eze from. Would stay again!

Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

We have a wonderful experience at this Airbnb. The view is absolutely amazing and you are right across the street from a beautiful beach for swimming. The hosts have thought of everything you might need and even left a little gift for our baby. Great location for visiting menton or day trips to other gorgeous coastal towns. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Benoit and his partner Johan are going on a truly unforgettable fantastic trip. Especially, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable time for the whole three days of my stay thanks to Johan's careful care and help from before arriving at the accommodation to leaving. The view of this apartment is unbelievably crazy, and there are many beautiful places around here. As user manual provided by them, I was able to easily get to the cool restaurants and the main places in Nice.

Great location — super easy to walk to everything, from restaurants to the beach. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-renovated. It had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The house is located in a beautiful landscape. The only thing you hear most of the day are sounds of nature. The garden is full of butterflies. There are many places to linger. Everything is lovingly designed. The apartment has everything you need for a cozy stay. All windows and doors are equipped with fly screens and most also with shutters, so that it is insect-free and cool inside. The pool is also well equipped with deck chairs, hammock and seating area! Sophie and Manu were very attentive and helpful, but also reserved and liberating. We enjoyed the stay!

We had a lovely stay, we were 2 adults 2 children and a dog. The accommodation was nice, we didn't miss anything. We were warmly welcomed by Christine who was available throughout our getaway. Thanks again for the attention!

We stayed 3nights in Nice, and it was a great spot. The ducted AC broke down couple days before check-in , which we were offered free cancellation as well, however Radostina went above and beyond to make sure we are ok to stay. She purchased a mobile AC unit, added a couple of fans and welcomed us with some treats and champagne on top of giving us free parking. It was warm at times but we spent most our times away and there are automatic black out shutters to keep the sun and heat away. The unit was comfortable set up with everything you’d need. Large balcony, coffee machine, washing machine etc. The tram, petrol station and the water are just steps away. Easy connection to the train if you visiting other parts of the French Riviera as well. Would recommend to stay!

Spectacular panorama, excellent bus stop for those who want to visit Menton or go to Monaco station. To reach Larvotto Beach on foot, you have to climb a lot of stairs. Excellent parking in the basement of the house. Amèlie is very professional and responsive.

A fantastic location. To undertake various activities. Many are within a short distance. Nice real French villages with authentic features. Friendly French people who also speak English and are willing to do so. The apartment is more than complete. Equipped with all comforts, there is a washing machine, a dishwasher and a set of towels/bath towels waiting for you. A private parking space on the premises within the gate and a private entrance to the apartment. The apartment is very private in relation to the residents. And the use of the swimming pool is fantastic. We were there in June 2025, it was 30 degrees and so we made a lot of use of the (heated) swimming pool. The garden is beautifully landscaped and the flowers smell wonderful. Beautiful view, which is completely free. The reception is warm, with plenty of explanations and a glass of rosé can be poured immediately. A cold bottle awaits you upon arrival. Friendly and helpful family. Certainly subject to repetition.

What a fabulous place to stay. From booking to leaving our apartment everything was a breeze. What an amazing situation and view - absolutely stunning. All great modern services that work perfectly. We cannot speak highly enough about everything. We did not want to leave. Thank you Maggy and Henri for an idyllic holiday.

This was one of my best Airbnb experiences to date - the apartment was very well furnished and decorated, had all the necessities as well as more, like: beach towels and a beach umbrella, clothes drying rack, and a heated towel rack! The skylights in each room were also a nice touch. I looked forward to coming back every day. The hosts were very responsive and even helped us carry our luggage up the 4 flights of stairs. The location was also great - walking distance to many delicious restaurants and Old Nice.

Wow !! Quite simply the best apartment we’ve ever had on AIR BnB 👌 perfect in every way and right in the heart of the old town, attractions, shops, daily market and restaurants . Perfect view of the full Promenade from the beautiful balcony !!! And to top it all off Eileen and Connie were the perfect hosts and communication was fantastic!! We stayed at the property for one night. We liked it very much, Brian was very accommodating and helpful. The accommodation has everything you need, is modern and beautifully furnished. It is a really small, quiet village. The school is two houses away, so children can be heard in the morning. We were lucky to get one of the few parking spaces to have such a short walk to the accommodation. We liked it very much and we would book again. Thank you again☺️

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Great apartment! Close to the train station, very convenient. We loved the loft side and the icing on the cake, the jacuzzi, so welcome!!! I would recommend without a second thought.
