Location, location, location! Fabulous modern, well equipped, quiet apt for two couples, overlooking the citadel. Loved the balcony with great view. Walkable to everything! Host very responsive. Plenty of good restaurants by sea in walking distance. TI one block away was very helpful. Bakery there also with bread and ready made sandwiches. Took Uber, bus and train to other towns easily-better than having a car. We can’t wait to return.

Valarie is the ideal host: present for arrival and responsive when needed, and leaving you alone to enjoy her wonderful place. The home and grounds are outstanding, and her guidebook tells you all you need to know to enjoy many surrounding towns and activities. A car is essential -- numerous places to visit within a 30 minute drive, but no restaurants or shopping within walking distance. The modern applicances and shower, blooming garden and home grown fruit all enhanced our visit, and this has been one of our favorite airbnbs.

The apartment was very comfortable, just as comfortable as a hotel. There were small amenities provided, such as toilet paper, shower gel, and detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. A really great place. If you were to book this as a hotel room, the price would be ten times higher !

Chrystel was wonderfully welcoming and responsive, with lots of suggestions for restaurants and activities. We felt as if we were staying with friends. The apartment is perfectly located to walk anywhere in Old Nice on foot, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Don’t be put off by the “antique” nature of the building itself. Once inside, the place itself is charming.

I stayed 3 nights at this apartment. It is in an excellent location right in the middle of old town, with a short walk to the beach, markets, and tram. The hosts were proactive in sending recommendations and communicating about how to check in and out. My only complaint is that the noise level was high in the early morning hours (6 am) being in the middle of several businesses and trash bins outside, but this is to be expected in a city. Would love to return to Nice and stay here again!

We really fell in love with this place. The views are amazing and it is so quiet and beautiful. It was super clean, modern and spacious. The outdoor area was comfortable and large (and amazing). Beds were comfy. We walked down to great restaurants and took Bolt up the hill and also to Eze to tour amazing gardens gardens there. And to Nice which we loved. Bolt was cheap and they picked us up in a reasonable amount of time from our app which made it easy. We took the train to and from Monaco for an amazing day there. Love VilleFranche-sur-Mer and this special apartment!

We had a wonderful stay. The views from the large patio doors and balconies overlooking the ocean and the Promenade were spectacular. The unit itself was modern, clean and well appointed. The location was central with great walkability. It was truly fantastic. The host was very communicative. We would recommend this place and would love to stay there again.

Louis's apartment couldn't have been in a better location. It is in a beautiful part of Old Town that was both in the middle of the activity, yet quiet and restful once inside the apartment. It was extremely well-equipped. We have stayed in properties around the world, and I can't remember another host who had such attention to detail to think of everything we might need. Everything was top notch. We appreciated Louis's flexibility in letting us check in early. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations, Louis!

We had a great time at Oscar's. We were greeted with smile and kindness by himself and his little family. The house is splendid and functional . The rooms are very large. Having 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 inside the same as the kitchen allowed us to live with our toddlers without disturbing the rest of the family with our morning schedules. Kind of like an apartment in the house . The pool and exteriors are more than pleasant. The house is just as much for a family trip like ours ( 11 people ) , as for a stay with friends , The restaurants in the area are delicious . Oscar is also very good advice. Ideal location for cyclists, both for the road ( hilly ) and for the mountain bike that allowed us to visit this beautiful region and its panoramas. We were not lucky with the weather but that didn't stop us from having a great stay . Thank you

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful chalet. Siegfried was proactive and very helpful with any questions that we had. The location is stunning, it is an easy walk to the village / ski shop and lifts or you can use the shuttle. The furnishings in the chalet are beautiful, the beds are very comfy and the kitchen is very very well appointed with stunning bathrooms. Thoroughly recommended.

Superb quiet place with a breathtaking view of the mountains. Even better than the photos, everything has been refurbished and extremely well-equipped house. The bedding is really nice. We are very resourceful after our stay and will surely be back.

The accommodation is really beautiful, we were pleasantly surprised because the photos do not do it justice because it is beautiful, the setting is relaxing and pleasant, there is no opposite and everything in the house allowed us to have a good time. Everything you need to cook and stay at home is there, which makes things a lot easier. I would 100% recommend and hope to return to this property to have another great time with my family. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

Unusual equipment, we have never been so well received, nothing was missing. 2 showers is too much. Super nice to have nothing to manage in terms of equipment, you feel at home. And then the place is fantastic for lovers of peace and nature. The river 50m from the accommodation, in which you can swim safely, is a real plus when it's hot. Let's not forget Shirley, super responsive and super nice. Great stay. We recommend without reservation.

Lovely home in the mountain, very peaceful and perfect for a quiet break. A car is definitely needed but it is not far to drive to some lovely towns and the lake. Sabine and Pascal were very helpful and friendly, they really went above and beyond to look after us!

A stylish home being made better all the time. A lovely house with a huge garden area that always had sun or shade. And a proper big bed - essential! Communication was very easy. Located only 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Vence. A good choice.

We loved our holiday in Nice, we wanted access to good walking/hiking and also a taste of the city and to visit its many art museums. The flat is in a great location with the port, old town and Prom des Anglais within walking distance, and has an absolutely fabulous view of Nice from the balcony. We enjoyed having dinner on it so much that we didn’t eat out as much as we’d expected to! Boulevard Carnot takes you out towards Monaco, the views are breathtaking and there are plenty of places to walk, eat swim and a couple of great gardens to visit way before you hit Monaco itself. We hired a car do this exploring, but there are frequent buses to Villefranche and beyond.The apartment was perfect for the two of us. One person had to sleep against a wall but we got used to this quickly and the bed is comfortable. The pool was a great bonus and not used much when we were there in May.

We stayed in Vassil's apartment for a month and enjoyed every day. Could easily have stayed longer. The view is almost better than the pictures. It was spotless clean and had almost all the amenities we wanted. Vassil is an excellent host and responded very quickly to our questions. The location is perfect in a quiet, gated community with easy and safe parking on the street. 5 minutes walk to a bakery. 10-15 minutes to restaurants and supermarkets. Bus to the city, Villefranche and Menton right outside the north gate. Bus 98 to Old Nice right outside the south gate. Get the Côte d’Azur ticket app on the phone. Very smart! Be aware that the bathroom is en suite with one of the bedrooms. It worked fine for us (a couple). Could also be OK for a couple with one or two smaller kids. For two couples it may be a bit awkward. We give the apartment nothing but our best recommendations.

Enjoyed every moment of our stay. Amazing location right in the heart of old nice while still being private and quiet at night.

Just an amazing experience staying at Laurent’s airbnb. Exactly as described, the place was in a really peaceful yet central location, and made for a great base. The highlight though was Laurent, and just how proactively he communicated with our group and helping us with recommendations, early bag drops and anything else we brought up. I highly recommend this place for anyone considering a trip to Nice/South of France.

To start with Martina was amazing, responsive and super helpful. She was also super flexible. The place is clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all things needed to make cook. The AC in each room works perfect. And the view from the balcony takes this place to another level. The elevator always worked for us which was also a plus. Would highly recommend and will def try to come back and stay at Martina’s 😬

We really enjoyed our stay and the views were spectacular. Very helpful host who went out of her way to sort out an issue for us when we lost our way back to the apartment on our first night there! Marie Lawrence and her support team were wonderful and we are very grateful.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

We had a fabulous week in Beaulieu sur Mer in Mikhail’s place! Mikhail was extremely helpful and very communicative - sending us videos of the apartment during the booking process and further videos and guidance on gaining access to the property. He was also very helpful with advice on local amenities and options for returning to the airport. The apartment was perfect - very modern, clean and ideally situated close to the marina, with fabulous views out to sea - we would definitely return again!
