Monthly Rentals in Clive

Great little apartment for two adults and a small child ,with fantastic property amenities and location. Would definitely stay again.

Nichole, and her place was great! Many conveniences near by, easy to get to and an easy 20 minute drive to downtown Des Moines as well.

We were in town for the Ironman, and Julia Marie's house was a wonderful, peaceful place to stay, with several grocery stores nearby. We walked through the neighborhood one night and discovered a path that circled a small pond, offering a picturesque view. It was a pleasant surprise. Julia Marie was very quick in responding to a few questions I had.

This was a really neat and clean place! All the games were such a great idea! Unfortunately we were in town for a car show, so we didn’t get to play any games! I will definitely look it up next year and try and stay longer. Thanks again for sharing your home with us! We felt very at home🥰
