Great location for exploring the Grand Valley. Close access to the Colorado Riverfront Trail via bicycle. Less than 10 minute drive to Palisade restaurants. We enjoyes the peace and quiet of this location near the canal with views across the valley to Grand Mesa. We also appreciated the large willow tree that provides shade for the outside sitting area. The guest cottage was thoughtfully furnished with attention to many important details.

Great Airbnb right in the middle of downtown Grand Junction and Palisade! We enjoyed the shopping and restaurants in GJ and the fruit stands, wineries, and hiking in Palisade. The Airbnb had comfortable accommodations, wonderful sheets/towels, and tons of room for our girls trip. We would definitely come back here again!

This place has everything you want for animal lovers, and outdoor enthusiasts. The staff were amazing and helpful. Wonderful place to stop and rest or spend an extended stay.
