We had an amazing time at Alex’s Airbnb! The house was clean, inviting and unique! We chose his place because of all the fun amenities and the unique vibe. Don’t settle for a basic house or a hotel. His place is where you want to stay when visiting Grand Junction or Palisade. There was so much to do! We celebrated my aunt’s 50th birthday and took her to some wineries in Palisade (which is only a 15 minute drive.) However, we spent the majority of our trip hanging out at the house enjoying the pool, tiki bar, hot tub, game room and fire pit. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to have a fun and exciting time with their family and friends. We didn’t have any issues, but Alex was very responsive to any of our questions. Maria’s place always delivers. It’s quiet, clean, and full of amenities. Instructions were clear and concise. Plenty of space for our group. We enjoyed the weather and views from the pool. We played a few golf courses in the area, which were super close to the house. We look forward to visiting again. 10/10 would recommend.

Wow! If you are ever in Palisade this is an amazing place. We came for the Bluegrass Concert and wanted to stay forever. Krisit was such a great host. Highly recommended.

Great Airbnb right in the middle of downtown Grand Junction and Palisade! We enjoyed the shopping and restaurants in GJ and the fruit stands, wineries, and hiking in Palisade. The Airbnb had comfortable accommodations, wonderful sheets/towels, and tons of room for our girls trip. We would definitely come back here again!

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but close enough to enjoy the city. Jeffrey is very responsive and the home was very clean.

We had the best time at the house and fell in love with all of the animals! The property was wonderful! The animals were the best part of our stay! Loved everything about it! We will definitely book again if we are ever in the area again.

Very clean, quiet home. The 4 bedrooms fit our family sleeping arrangements perfectly. During the hot days the central air made the house very comfortable.

What a gem of a house with a small, clean, secure yard for the dogs. Great host and great accommodations! I will definitely recommend.

We visited Palisade at the start of a national parks adventure in May 2025. We wanted a pet-friendly Airbnb, as our dog Buckley (German Shepherd/Husky) was joining us. We loved this location. The house was beautiful, clean, open-concept, and had great amenities. We would love to return in the future!

Ruth’s home was very nice. Super clean. Lots of thoughtful amenities. Very comfortable and nicely appointed. The mattresses were very comfortable. The home is updated. The towels were very soft. O appreciate that! It was a very quiet area, just outside the city. About 4 miles south from I-70. A convenient place to stay the night on our road trip. There are lots of restaurant within 3-5 miles west and north. We didn’t have time to enjoy the outside patio area, and it’s a nice place to sit outside. There was a tailgating style gas grill available.

This was a wonderful vacation. We spent the days trekkiing through the national parks and we're exhausted when we got back. Popping into the hot tub for a relaxing soak was absolutely wonderful at the end of the day. Everything was clean and very comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive.
