Monthly Rentals in Cleghorn

An absolutely perfect stay at June’s lovely property in Lanark. June was a great host and was there to meet us and show us around upon arrival. The photos really don’t do justice to how nice this place is, and it definitely ranks up there with the best we have stayed in, possibly the best when price is taken into consideration. Really well equipped, clean, warm and comfortable and with a lovely garden and a parking space right outside the door. Locally, there are amazing walks to the Falls of Clyde and around Lanark, while the shops and restaurants are only a couple of hundred meters away, as is the station with trains into Glasgow every half hour. On the fine days we enjoyed glorious walks locally, and on the rainy ones we trundled around the art galleries and museums of Glasgow and so were never short of something to do.

What a lovely, comfortable, clean and well equipped place. And the property has fabulous views in all directions. The hosts were marvellous in communicating - especially when I made their lives a bit difficult - by booking for a dog then not bringing him and by asking for an extra night at short notice. Not only did they arrange a refund for my absent dog but also left a ‘get well soon’ message and some treats! What lovely people 🤗 There were also ‘treats’ for me incl chilled water, milk, crisps and yummy Tunnocks biscuits 😁 The place is easy to find with clear instructions on how to get in, WiFi details, etc and advice/guidance on places to visit nearby.

Another amazing stay at this gorgeous cottage. Peaceful, tranquil and absolutely beautiful. Add to that an amazing host, I cant recommend highly enough. Thankyou.

Lucy is a very kind and generous person. She will do her utmost to help with any problems. Yesterday, I went out the back door to find a box of eggs from her chickens. She leaves them regularly. I know if there is anything where I need assistance I just need to ask and she's there. A truly super host
