Monthly Rentals in Clayton

Very convenient for me. Close to Dover, so I can visit my Mom. Close to Smyrna. Away from the hustle and bustle. Clayton is a cute little town. Restaurant nearby and liquor store. Place is solid. Bedroom is nice and den with TV has a futon. Kitchen is fine.

Well described in description. If you need to relax and actually disconnect from everything, this is the best place. As mentioned by owners, the place has very limited to zero cell or wifi connectivity. There was no television reception while we stayed there. (outside antenna reception is based on weather) The selection of DVDs was acceptable for me. Sleeping was fantastic if prefer zero light. Great rest and bring a fan to keep a breeze flowing. (Once again, basement setting as described, was perfect for me) Moreover, if you enjoy reading and just need to disconnect from outside connections, this place was very homey and offered lots of books, CDs, and select DVD to keep you occupied. I loved my month long stay here! It was such a pleasure to meet Ruthie and I couldn’t have felt more at home. The space was very clean upon arrival and I quickly settled in. Loved coming home and seeing the horses in the front yard, no complaints whatsoever. It definitely exceed my expectations!

My husband and I were so pleased with the rural setting. Inside the cottage was pristine and inviting. Everything you could want is provided. There is an adjacent house on the property that is also a rental. Future guests will want to know this is not a secluded cottage or hideaway. We are headed toward retirement, and a lot of our weekend outings are investigating cities, rural areas and housing options. We loved the size of this small home, and could see ourselves being very comfortable in a place this size. A nice weekend away, and we learned something!
