Holiday rentals with a patio in Chicago River

Very quiet neighborhood, the house is an easy 7min walk to the pink line. Quick ride to Chicago downtown. There is a cute bakery within walkable distance as well as a few grocery stores within a mile. The place itself looked exactly like pictures, very clean.

Cozy and great place! The neighborhood is quite safe and very close to 606. The rooms are spacious and clean.

For basics, it is very clean and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, and easy street parking. The space itself is remarkable. Patterned tin walls and ceilings, a triangular shape, nicely decorated, and the construction details from converting it to an apartment are all in keeping with the style. We loved it.

We loved our stay! It was so clean and very close to public transit! We navigated the trains to and from Cicero into Chicago NP! We will definitely be back and we would definitely recommend staying at this Airbnb!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Khaled’s! The location was perfect for our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return next time we’re in the Lincoln Park area.

We stayed with my family for 3 days n loved the place it's ambience, cleanliness, very well equipped with all the necessities.....this place definitely feels like home and the hosts are very kind and quick with there response. Wherever in future I am coming to chicago shall book this place.

Joshua was a great host and his place was amazing! Not only was his apartment superbly clean/well equipped, the location was family-friendly so we enjoyed walking for dinner and our dog to nearby park! Also his kitchen was made for a chef and warm for family meals :) We strongly recommend Joshua’s place when visiting Chicago!

Host is very accommodating and responsive. The place is nice and was in a great location. Only a short 10 minute drive that was a straight shot to Michigan Ave. The only thing we felt was slightly misleading was that we were under the impression that the 3rd bedroom with a couch was able to pull out and convert into a bed. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case, so we ended up leveraging an air mattress we had packed as a contingency. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend.

Had a lovely stay at Janice's place! It is located a short drive from Logan Square, which has restaurants, bars, and a blue line metro stop. There was also a bus stop just outside the neighborhood. Speaking of the neighborhood, it was very serene and private, with plenty of parking regardless of the time of day. The airbnb is a basement unit, so maybe something to keep in mind if you're on the taller side, but it was spacious, and there was minimal noise from the floor above. Shower had great water pressure! Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Janice was very communicative and clear instructions were given for checkin and checkout processes.

We loved Nora’s apartment! It was perfect for two adults and an infant. The pack n play plus high chair were huge helps to have on-site. The free laundry in building laundry was also fantastic. The apartment is charming, clean and close proximity to the park and main strip of restaurants and shops in Lincoln Square. We would definitely stay at Nora’s again.

Beautiful place! Very clean! The host was very responsive. The kitchen was stocked with tea, coffee and extras. I love that they had a tea kettle. The rental had everything we needed, extra bedding and towels. We arrived to a basket of snacks and drinks 😊. Comfy beds and sofa in the sitting room. Lots of room for a family of 4. It is an upstairs unit so stairs to climb. Location was ok.

Our hosts were excellent - communicative, welcoming, friendly. We were greeted by Bob who was very laid back and accommodating. He offered good recommendations and amenities during our stay. The space is perfect for large groups and certainly impresses with its charm and personality. The neighborhood is walkable to the Blue Line and many bars/restaurants. Overall 10/10 a perfect stay and would absolutely book again in the future.

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic weekend at Gladys’ place. She was super responsive, and check-in was easy with clear instructions. The apartment was cozy and modern, but still felt homey—like our own space for the weekend. It was clean, well-kept, and had thoughtful touches like a Brita pitcher, fresh towels, sheets, and a stocked kitchen. The layout was cute and the decor was simple but perfect—more personality than a hotel room without being cluttered. One of the highlights was the bus stop literally 10 feet from the door, which made getting into southern Chicago (via bus to the Blue Line) super convenient. We also loved walking to Dunkin’ each morning once we realized how close it was. The location felt peaceful but still had a few cute restaurants nearby. We never ran into the hosts, but it felt private even with the shared entry. This stay is in our top 5 Airbnbs—perfect for a couples getaway! Thank you, Gladys, for being such a thoughtful host!

A Designer’s Dream – Absolute Perfection! This home is truly exceptional—every detail reflects thoughtful design and top-tier quality. It’s a designer’s dream, with stunning décor, a comfortable and beautifully clean space, and every amenity you could possibly need. The furnishings and finishes are stylish and well appointed, making the entire experience feel luxurious and relaxing. But the real showstopper? The backyard! It’s like a second living room—lush, tranquil, and designed for ultimate comfort and enjoyment. We loved spending time out there and honestly didn’t want to leave. It's so much better than anything a hotel could even begin to provide! We will absolutely be back!

Everything went well. Place was very nice and the host was very responsive when I needed help and accommodative as well. Highly recommend if needed a place near downtown.

Place was great. Clean and well laid out with plenty of room. Enjoyed our stay. Location was further than we thought from our places we planned to visit. They were cutting down and grinding a tree first thing Saturday morning. Convenient cafe right around corner had good breakfast food and coffee. Ubers were fast getting us and to where we needed to go. Parked car and left all weekend. Neighborhood was a little rough with homeless and panhandlers but they left us alone. Great walks to Soldier field and Northern Island. Alex provided all the amenities you need plus some Heinkens to cool us down. We had no issues so we did not need to contact Alex at all but yoyu got to remember the location is on 17 Place not Street so we almost walked into the wrong house and when the dog started barking at us we knew something was up. LOL!!!

This was a fabulous place to stay! My brother and I could easily walk to the "L" and head downtown. The pizza place right downstairs was delicious - we ate there twice in three days! The beds were comfortable, the couch and living room set up was cozy. I would absolutely stay there again!

One of my favorite Aibnbs of all time. The location is FUN - right in the center of the action in Northalsted. The space itself is beautiful and clean. The bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. Allan was awesome and left us a bottle of prosecco to welcome us. Best part of the house is the huge covered front balcony - a front row seat to the joyous crowds, especially on the weekend. We saw a concert, walked to a Cubs game, spoiled the kids on Michigan Ave - and everyone agreed the balcony was our fave part of the trip. The rear deck is icing on the cake. We were in town so our kids could go to a concert and they also loved the area. If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs - all the action brings a bit of music - but really it's a steady din so super easy to tune out at bedtime. We love this place and can't wait to come back!

We had a great stay for an extended wedding weekend with our entire family. Adrian's home was clean, modern, and well appointed. The beds were all very comfortable and linens were very soft. We felt very safe and the garage parking spot was a nice addition. I would highly recommend his home and would not hesitate to rebook there in the future.
