Monthly Rentals in Chenango Forks

We stayed at Kelly's place and she was a wonderful host - she was responsive right from the get go, provided local recommendations, had a clean and lovely home and was diligent with her details and walk through. All of the details from the food items to access to towels and linens were clearly thought through. I appreciated that Kelly provided lots of touch points even before our stay and then made sure to check in with us throughout it. She made great recommendations about where to go and what to do and we had a great time. I could not be more thankful for our smooth stay at her home!

Crystal goes the extra mile to make her guests feel welcome! All of the extra little touches are wonderful! We had a couple questions while we were there, and Crystal was quick to answer! The place is adorable, clean and very comfortable. Our dog loved the large fenced in yard! Wolf Park, right up the road, is amazing! We would definitely stay at the Milk House again.

Large, well-provisioned kitchen with fruit and other snacks. You can easily cook a complete meal here. Full-sized washer and dryer. Large space, comfortable furniture, very clean. Easy to find and check-in. Beautiful, peaceful and quiet setting. The windows were open when we arrived and we delighted in the breeze. They install window A/Cs as needed. We found the internet (WiFi) to be intermittent at times. That said, we definitely recommend Candice’s Airbnb and hope to be back someday.

Very nice place. Everything we expected. We will definitely stay there again when the opportunity comes up.
