Monthly Rentals in Charlottetown

Jeff was very helpful especially tech y stuff.If I had any questions about the room he helped with heat and air conditioning. I thought it would have been great to have a hot plate to cook sometimes. There was a barbecue. He does need more electrical outlets. We used an outlet beside the bed for the toaster and the coffeemaker. Overall though it was a great stay.

Jen was great - Helpful, responsive. Have some great recommendations and even let us know when place was ready so we could check in early if we wanted which we greatly appreciated! Location was very walkable to everything. Interior definitely fit description. We personally did not like the bed because it was too stuffy for us but that is a personal preference. One negative was that it was first floor so we could hear people on the floor above us. And was not great having the a/c unit in bedroom next to the head of the bed. Overall great experience and would different recommend.

I had a great stay with Amy, I booked on pretty short notice for a conference so was stoked to find such an awesome place for a reasonable price in a really central spot. The place was as pictured, really easy to access, super clean, well furnished and had great amenities- the washer and dryer was a life saver and it was so refreshing to have it included in the room cost instead of having to pay an additional fee. This place felt like that old-school style of Air BnB where you got great amenity for a great price. There were no extra fees or over the top check-out rules, I absolutely loved my time there. The host was super responsive and even let me check in early to save me lugging a suitcase around for a few hours- again, such a life saver. I would highly recommend a stay with Amy, it was an awesome experience.

Great spot. Hosts were excellent and it was close to downtown Charlottetown. Highly recommended.
