My place is close to the beach, Mansions,restaurants and dining, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the kitchen, the coziness, and the high ceilings.(been on third floor) My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), 2 parking spaces available(in the back of the building) washer /drier; the home is on third floor via outside/inside stairs and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac this home has a welcoming front porch with ocean views, an open concept family room w/ fireplace, a spacious eat-in kitchen and a park-like backyard. Private beach connects to Scarborough State Beach. There are 3 king bedrooms and a separate kids room. Bright and sunny newly renovated second and third floor of house built in late 1800s. Three blocks from Mystic Seaport, a short walk to downtown Mystic. Off street parking on the side of the house. House has plenty of space with two bedrooms plus a bonus room with a queen size futon. I Homey and comfortable to make you feel you can put your feet up and relax. User friendly. First floor is used as an office only on weekdays. Only 1/2 mile from Mystic Amtrak station, an easy walk.
